CAN YOU DIG IT?? The Shenandoah Garden & Home Club is turning 50!! You're invited to help start our celebratory FIFTIETH year by joining us for a Throwback Kickoff Brunch!

The grooviness gets going Sunday, September 13th, at 11:30 a.m. in the clubhouse. Bring your 70's vibes, wear your bell-bottoms, beads and disco gear, maybe even boogie to some hip music! (Who remembers The Hustle?)

Best Outfit wins some flower power. We'll play some 70's trivia, and have great neighborhood fellowship.
Food and refreshments will be provided by the Garden Club board. Please RSVP (so we know how many to plan for) by e-mailing Lisa Mills at [email protected], OR text to (303) 877-4211.

The Shenandoah HOA Recreation Committee will meet Sept. 12 at 4:00 pm in the clubhouse. We will focus the agenda and discussion on activities for the neighborhood. Please join us and share your ideas. If you have any questions, please contact Sarah Small at 303-328-8688.

We’ll discuss neighborhood favorites, such as a possible rescheduled fishing derby, a Halloween/fall party & chili cook-off, turkey trot, and Christmas tree lighting. We’re looking for neighbors who can help plan these events and lend a hand on event days. Whether you can organize an activity, help with setup or cleanup, or volunteer for a short shift, every contribution makes a difference!

RSVP is encouraged but not required.

P.S. Stay after for Shenandoah’s Annual Movie Night & Campout! (The Fishing Derby is Postponed)

• Samos Grill will be available from 5:00–7:30 p.m.,
• Free concessions and the "Pawpcorn" Bar at 7:00 p.m. (See below)
• We’ll show Zootopia 2 at 7:30 p.m.
• Bring your own beverages
• Wear your cutest animal ears, wild animal costume, tail, or pajamas!

We’re collecting individually packaged movie-theater-style snacks and candy to share for the concessions. Donations may be dropped off at 4713 S. Jasper St. by September 10.

Due to the ongoing warm weather, the HOA is keeping the pool open longer than usual. It will close this year on Thurs., October 1st, the last day being Weds., Sept. 1. Come on in, the water is GREAT!
