“I am grateful because this project is not something happening from a distance. It is happening among our own people, in our own villages, and I get to see the impact with my own eyes.”

Boniface began as a Rejoice Leader, teaching about God’s love in the schools before joining the Rejoice Project Water Ambassador Team when it began 5 years ago!

We are grateful for Boniface and his servant leadership within his community— sharing the not only the good news about clean water but the GOOD NEWS of the source of living water, Jesus!

50 More Families!!

Celebrating the Lord’s provision, faithfulness and love with 50 new water filter recipients this week, bringing the total number of filters distributed by Rejoice Project partners to over ⭐1100⭐in the past 5 years. This is a picture of the Church in action!

The Water Ambassador team did an amazing job leading interactive and engaging training sessions, sharing information about how clean water and simple hygiene practices can greatly improve health outcomes!

Rejoicing for the distribution of Bibles in the Swahili and Kamba languages as recipients shared this is the FIRST TIME they have owned their own Bible in a language they can comfortably read and understand!

Praising God that His Word will continue to spread and lives will be changed for eternity.

Rejoicing in the grace of God today as we are refreshed in The Word.

Psalm 63
O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you;
my soul thirsts for you;
my flesh faints for you,
as in a dry and weary land where there is no water.

So I have looked upon you in the sanctuary,
beholding your power and glory.

Because your steadfast love is better than life,
my lips will praise you.

So I will bless you as long as I live;

This mother and daughter were recently visited by the Water Ambassador team to check on how their filter was doing and see how the family has been impacted. Because they’ve saved money from avoiding hospital visits caused by water-borne illnesses, they were able to purchase a water tank of their own — reducing long walks for water and giving them more time for work and daily life.
Water filters do so much more than provide safe drinking water. They save lives, drastically reduce illnesses caused by contaminated water, help families save money for other needs, and give back valuable time. Most importantly, through every visit and relationship built, families are also being poured into spiritually with the Word of God!

This family was blessed with a water filter from The Sister Project, and it’s beautiful to witness not only the immediate impact of safe water, but also the long-term transformation as families are able to save and invest in things like water tanks on their own.

To Trust is to put my full confidence in God, my security in Him. Father, give us the grace needed to release control, overthinking, striving and even apathy - help us to daily trust in you with our whole hearts and our whole selves - in confidence you pave the way, light the path, carry us, give us all we need and make straight the path.
