"Praise to the Lord the Almighty, the King of Creation!
O my soul, praise Him, for He is your health and salvation!

Praise to the Lord! O let all that is in me adore Him!
All that has life and breath, come now with praises before Him."

✨ The results are in! ✨

We are so excited to share the impact of the 2026 Skylar’s Run – 5K for Clean Water!

Because of everyone who ran, sponsored, donated filters, gave, volunteered, and shared the vision, our 2027 Clean Water Program is over 75% funded! 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Our goal is to provide 250 sustainable water filters to vulnerable families in Kenya in 2027—and we are getting closer because of YOU.

💧 We’re almost there! 💧
If you’d like to help us reach the finish line and make safe, clean water a reality for 250 more families, it’s not too late to give.

Every gift helps CHANGE a STORY. Just like our friend Skylar believed: Everyone can make a difference.

🍂 In this season, may the Lord remind us all that He alone is the one who makes things grow and flourish.

We should do our part to plant and water, but the results are His alone, and to Him alone belongs all the glory!🍂

📣 Hear the recent grateful and encouraging words from Johannes….

“We visited some of the recent water filter recipients and the impact results have been witnessed in their homes, by their neighbors and by us all. We are so thankful for the water filter’s and bibles given to these families. This initiative is transforming lives in our community.

What a great joy these families have now because this waterborne illness has totally stopped and now these families are saving for other beneficial projects which will help the families keep growing .

Many having young children at their homes and they were focused to visited the health facilities due to the water bornes illness, even some visiting late at nights .

Some families have initiated poultry keeping which does well within this region whereby the families can sell the eggs, and some are even have started sheep and goat keeping .

All these are successful stories which brings great Rejoicing to each one of us after we visit the families who benefited from the water program!

Our prayer is that each family in our region can have a water filter changing the water they drink to safe water and giving them a chance to help their family in new ways because they don’t have so many medical bills!” - Johannes

We are so grateful for the many sponsors and partners who supported the 2026 Skylar’s Run – 5K for Clean Water through their time, resources, and generosity. 💙💛

Your support helped make this special day possible, but its impact will reach FAR beyond the finish line. Because of your generosity, more families in Kenya will have access to sustainable water filters and the opportunity for increased health, healing, and hope.

Thank you for believing in the mission, honoring Skylar’s legacy, and helping us GO their distance and CHANGE their story. 💧

Looking back at some of our favorite memories from this year’s Skylar’s Run – 5K for Clean Water.

What a special day celebrating Skylar’s legacy and the impact of everyone who came alongside in support of safe, clean water! 💙💛 We can't wait to see the stories that are changed because of your generosity and advocacy!

We’re still processing the beautiful day that was Saturday’s Skylar’s Run 5K for Clean Water.💙💛

We are so grateful for everyone who came out to honor Skylar’s memory and carry on his legacy of advocacy.

We were thankful to:
💛 Welcome so many of Skylar’s friends and family
💛 Make new friends with runners and riders from Ainsley’s Angels
💛 Celebrate the sponsors and donors who laid the foundation for this event
💛 Be surrounded by an incredible team of volunteers who gave their time before, during, and after the race
💛 Share the day with so many friends from our Rejoice Project community

And all of it was for one purpose: providing safe, clean water to vulnerable families in Kenya. 💧

If you couldn’t be there on Race Day, you can still be part of the impact! Give through the link in our bio as we work toward funding 250 new water filters in 2027.

We’ll be back soon with more Race Day photos and updates on giving totals. Until then, thank you for helping us GO their distance and CHANGE their story. 💙

Rejoicing and giving God all the glory for the great things He has done!

09/26/2026

IT’S RACE DAY! 🏃‍♀️💙

Today, we ask for your prayers for the safety of every participant and volunteer taking part in this special event.

We are incredibly grateful for everyone who has given their time, talents, prayers, and resources to GO the DISTANCE and help CHANGE the STORY for so many of our friends in Kenya.

As we run, serve, and work together today, we are also honored to carry forward Skylar’s legacy of advocacy—a legacy rooted in compassion, courage, and a commitment to using our lives to make a difference for others. May his passion continue to inspire us to go farther, love deeper, and advocate boldly.

Our best efforts to provide clean water solutions are nothing compared to what God can do. We ask for His grace and blessing over every part of today’s event, and ultimately, we give Him the glory for all that is accomplished.

“Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”
Ephesians 3:20–21

💙 Let’s GO the DISTANCE. Let’s CHANGE the STORY. And let’s honor Skylar by continuing to ADVOCATE.
