Pool Gate Reminder – Do Not Prop Open

It has been reported that the pool gate has recently been propped open during evening hours. For everyone’s safety, and to comply with Fulton County pool safety requirements and HOA insurance obligations, the pool gate must remain closed and latched at all times.

The self-closing, self-latching gate is a required safety feature intended to prevent unauthorized or unsupervised access to the pool area. Propping the gate open creates a significant liability and safety concern for the community.

Please also remember:
• Ensure the gate fully closes behind you when entering or leaving
• Do not tamper with the gate latch or closing mechanism
• Do not allow anyone to “tailgate” into the pool area without a valid pool fob
• Fob replacements - townhome owner to contact AMG for assistance

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping keep the pool area safe, secure, and compliant for all residents.

The pool is officially open for the 2026 season! Please be courteous and abide by the pool rules. A new pump has been installed following the redo last season. The baby pool has also been filled in. Let’s look forward to a great swim & sun season!

DUMPSTER AVAILABLE THROUGH MAY 7 | SWAP SCHEDULED MONDAY
A dumpster for spring cleaning and large item disposal will remain on site through May 7.

The vendor will be swapping the dumpster first of next week, with instructions to reposition the replacement approximately 20–30 feet lower on the street, consistent with prior years.

To help ensure space is available for all residents, please consider placing items in the dumpster THIS WEEKEND ahead of the swap. Doing so will help ease demand during the final days. We appreciate your patience as this adjustment is made.

TRAFFIC PATTERN REMINDERS

While the dumpster remains in its current location, residents exiting the back area of the community should follow the road to the right and proceed around the rear of the small island near the tennis court. This provides a clearer line of sight for approaching vehicles.

The community-wide speed limit is 15 mph at all times, not only due to the temporary dumpster placement. With residents frequently walking throughout the neighborhood, our adherence to this limit is important for everyone’s safety. The speed limit sign that was recently down due to wood rot is in the process of being replaced.

Thank you for your cooperation during this annual event and for helping keep our community safe and well maintained.

Swim season is on! As your CTHA board, we’re proud to welcome you back to one of our community’s most valuable shared assets. Over the past nine months, we’ve invested in essential repairs and upgrades that not only enhance the pool’s beauty and function, but ensure its longevity for years to come. – Enjoy the photos of the renovation and video..

It’s more than a place to cool off—it’s now a vibrant gathering place where neighbors can connect, families unwind, and summer memories are made.

As much as we all enjoy the beauty and comfort of our newly renovated pool, it’s important to remember that its care is a shared responsibility. We do not have an on-site maintenance team. Instead, a professional vendor services the pool twice a week—which means each homeowner and resident plays a vital role in keeping the area safe, clean, and in great shape.

A few simple actions make a big difference, such as:
• Lower umbrellas when you leave to prevent wind damage during unexpected storms.
• Dispose of your trash properly—and if the cans are full, please take your trash home with you rather than leaving it behind.

Together, we can preserve the pool’s condition and keep it the welcoming, relaxing gathering place our community values so much. Thank you for helping take care of this wonderful amenity!
