Theo’s Law Georgia

Theo’s Law Georgia Inspired by Theo Stoner’s story.

Theo’s Law is a proposed Georgia policy expanding nationwide to ensure students with disabilities medical/facility restrictions given a fair opportunity to be recognized and walk in a future Graduation ceremony.

My sweet Theo,

There will be moments in life when not everyone chooses you. But I need you to know this: I will always choose you.
While some people chose not to be there for one of the biggest moments of your life, your graduation reminded us of something far more important you have a village that loves you, celebrates you, and showed up for you without hesitation from all parts of the 🇺🇸!

Your life has touched so many hearts. You are deeply loved, fiercely protected, and endlessly celebrated. Never measure your worth by the people who weren’t there. Measure it by the countless people who were.

I will always choose you.
Always.

💙 Love, Mom

💙 We are beyond excited to share that Theo’s Law Georgia is now officially VERIFIED on Facebook! ✔️

This little blue check represents so much more than a badge it represents a movement, a mission, and every single person who has believed in Theo and supported our fight for inclusion.

What started as one family’s determination to make sure no student with disabilities is forgotten has grown into something so much bigger. Every share, every signature, every message of encouragement, every sponsor, every volunteer, and every person who has stood beside us has helped us reach this moment.

Thank you for believing in Theo’s story and in the importance of ensuring that every student has the opportunity to be celebrated.

We are just getting started. 💙

Here’s to continuing the fight for inclusion, dignity, and change across Georgia.

Thank you for being part of Theo’s Law Georgia. 💙

Every diploma represents dedication, perseverance, and hard work. Every student who reaches that milestone deserves the opportunity to celebrate it with pride.

Theo's Law is working to ensure that disability or medical circumstances never prevent a student from being recognized for what they've achieved. Together, we can help create a future where every graduate is included, celebrated, and valued.

Help us make graduation accessible for all by supporting and sharing our mission.

Theo's Law is working to ensure that every student who has earned a diploma has the opportunity to be recognized—regardless of disability or medical circumstances. By establishing clear graduation access policies, we can help schools provide inclusive, dignified celebrations for every graduate.

This is about more than one ceremony. It's about creating a future where every student is seen, valued, and celebrated. Follow our journey and help us build lasting change.

Creating change starts in our own communities. By asking your local school district how they support students who cannot attend graduation due to documented disabilities or medical circumstances, you're helping bring awareness to an issue that impacts families across Georgia.

Every conversation matters. Together, we can encourage schools to plan for inclusion and ensure every student has the opportunity to celebrate the milestone they've earned. Share this post and help spread the message.
