One month from today, DFS and the American Red Cross of Massachusetts will hold a blood drive as we observe the 25th anniversary of 9/11. Every drop of blood that helps surgery patients, accident victims, and firefighters battling cancer comes from donors; on the day we recognize so many who gave so much, this is one small sacrifice that almost all of us can make. We expect a large number of donors, so please use the QR code to register!

On 7/25/26 @ 7:22PM Ashburnham Public Safety Dispatch got reports of a distressed swimmer on Stodge Meadow Pond. AFD & APD were able to secure a boat from a resident on Hay Rd. and successfully grab the swimmer from the water and brought back to shore. No injuries reported to the swimmer.

Group B on duty
