We are proud to spotlight our **Candidate Chair**, a Commercial Agent with **Results Real Estate Partners**

With experience in **investment analysis, deal sourcing, and strategy**, she has built a strong track record of sourcing and evaluating commercial real estate opportunities across Florida. Through market research, financial modeling, direct outreach, property databases, public records, and innovative off-market strategies, she helps identify and package opportunities for investors.

Her experience includes working closely with brokers and principals to **evaluate opportunities, negotiate terms, and guide transactions from initial lead to closing**.

And her journey continues! 🎓 She is entering graduate school at the **University of Central Florida (UCF)** to pursue a **Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE)**, further strengthening her knowledge and expertise in the industry.
