The Rise 4 Youth Foundation presented its first gift to Better Through the Barbell in Paducah, Kentucky. Better Through the Barbell (BTTB) is a youth strength training club focused on powerlifting and strongman training as a tool to create self-esteem and work ethic in today’s youth!

The Rise 4 Youth Foundation provided funds to train three athletes for an entire year of training and are proud to support BTTB’s mission and athletes!
