🏛️ INTEL DROP: Alabama has 4 Vet Centers — and you can walk in without a VA enrollment, an appointment, or any paperwork.

Vet Centers are separate from VA medical facilities. They exist specifically to provide readjustment counseling, PTSD treatment, MST support, group therapy, and peer connection — in a community setting, not a clinical one.

Find them in:

📍 Birmingham - 400 Emory Drive Suite 200

📍 Huntsville — 415 Church Street NW, Suite G

📍 Mobile — 3221 Spring Hill Ave, Suite c

📍 Montgomery — 4812 Woodmere Blvd, Suite B

Walk in during business hours or call 1-877-927-8387 anytime. Share this — every veteran in Alabama should know this door is open. 💙

We appreciate the shout out The Mark White Show. Bigs things coming. Lots of work being done and yet to do.

We were happy to support Brent Beavers and the TRB Hope Foundation through their online auction and came away with a $25 Target gift card.

That gift card has now been turned into an entry-level pickleball set, and we’re looking forward to having some fun with it!

More importantly, we’re grateful to support an organization that is working to fill the gap for hardworking individuals and families who often fall through the cracks of traditional assistance programs.

Happy to support TRB Hope Foundation. You can too! Link in the comments.

What happens to the people who work hard, pay their bills, and do everything they can, yet still find themselves one car repair, one medical bill, or one missed paycheck away from a crisis?

That question is at the heart of the TRB Hope Foundation.

Founded by Brent Beavers, the organization exists to serve those living in the gap between poverty and stability. Nearly 45 percent of Tennessee Valley households fall below the ALICE threshold, meaning they earn too much to qualify for many traditional assistance programs, but not enough to truly feel secure.

The TRB Hope Foundation is building what it calls a Community Stability Ecosystem, connecting people with resources that address trauma, mental health, workforce readiness, financial wellness, and crisis assistance.

Through TRiBe Hope, Operation RESTORE, Operation RESTORE U, Operation Marley, the Hope Fund, and the TN Valley General Store, the foundation is working to help individuals and families move from simply surviving to thriving.

Their online auction is currently underway, with bidding ending Saturday at 7p CST. Every bid helps support this mission and the people it was created to serve.

Attention business owners. This one is for you.

The auction closes this Saturday, June 6th at 7 PM Central, and one of the most practical deals in the whole lineup is still up for grabs.

The Courier Journal ad space package is valued at $900 and the starting bid is just $350. The winner gets bidder's choice between a horizontal half page ad or two quarter page ads running on consecutive weeks, and yes, that includes the flip page edition. Basic graphics time is included too.

That is prime local visibility at a steep discount, and it does not get much more turnkey than that.

Watch the video for the full breakdown.

Every single dollar raised goes directly to TRB Hope Foundation to fund the launch of the TN Valley General Store, a dignified, membership-based grocery resource for working families, veterans, and first responders right here in the Tennessee Valley.

So you get real marketing value, and your community gets a resource it actually needs. That is a pretty easy call.

Lock in your bid before Saturday at 7 PM.
