What happens to the people who work hard, pay their bills, and do everything they can, yet still find themselves one car repair, one medical bill, or one missed paycheck away from a crisis?

That question is at the heart of the TRB Hope Foundation.

Founded by Brent Beavers, the organization exists to serve those living in the gap between poverty and stability. Nearly 45 percent of Tennessee Valley households fall below the ALICE threshold, meaning they earn too much to qualify for many traditional assistance programs, but not enough to truly feel secure.

The TRB Hope Foundation is building what it calls a Community Stability Ecosystem, connecting people with resources that address trauma, mental health, workforce readiness, financial wellness, and crisis assistance.

Through TRiBe Hope, Operation RESTORE, Operation RESTORE U, Operation Marley, the Hope Fund, and the TN Valley General Store, the foundation is working to help individuals and families move from simply surviving to thriving.

Their online auction is currently underway, with bidding ending Saturday at 7p CST. Every bid helps support this mission and the people it was created to serve.

Attention business owners. This one is for you.

The auction closes this Saturday, June 6th at 7 PM Central, and one of the most practical deals in the whole lineup is still up for grabs.

The Courier Journal ad space package is valued at $900 and the starting bid is just $350. The winner gets bidder's choice between a horizontal half page ad or two quarter page ads running on consecutive weeks, and yes, that includes the flip page edition. Basic graphics time is included too.

That is prime local visibility at a steep discount, and it does not get much more turnkey than that.

Watch the video for the full breakdown.

Every single dollar raised goes directly to TRB Hope Foundation to fund the launch of the TN Valley General Store, a dignified, membership-based grocery resource for working families, veterans, and first responders right here in the Tennessee Valley.

So you get real marketing value, and your community gets a resource it actually needs. That is a pretty easy call.

Lock in your bid before Saturday at 7 PM.

Big thank you to the Courier Journal for donating a half-page color ad certificate -- a $900 value -- to our June 4th online charity auction.
That kind of generosity is exactly what this community is built on.

Here's what makes this one different. When you bid on that ad space, a local business wins premium marketing exposure AND that same dollar goes directly toward launching the Tennessee Valley General Store -- a dignity-first grocery resource for working families across the Tennessee Valley who are doing everything right but still coming up short.

That's a real two-for-one.

And the Courier Journal item is just the start. We've got Alabama football season tickets, trips, drive a Nascar, authenticated memorabilia from some of the biggest names in sports and music, local & national gift certificates, and more...something for all budgets -- all going live on June 4th.

Every single bid feeds a neighbor. No asterisk. No fine print. 100% of proceeds go toward stocking shelves and opening doors for families who deserve better than a handout -- they deserve a hand up.

Bidding opens June 4th. Link in comments.

Share with someone who needs Alabama season tickets and a reason to feel good about buying them.

City Limits Cafe just donated a $25 gift certificate to our upcoming online silent auction and we are beyond grateful.

If you haven't been, they're known for their southern meat and three plates, and they are exactly the kind of local business that makes community change possible. This is what it looks like when a business puts its money where its heart is.

The auction kicks off June 4th and the item lineup is anything but ordinary...we're talking Target and Topgolf gift cards, driving a real NASCAR stock car, Alabama Crimson Tide football season tickets, and authenticated memorabilia signed by Taylor Swift and Michael Jordan....and more.

Every dollar raised goes directly toward opening the TN Valley General Store, a dignity-first membership store built for working families who are doing everything right but still coming up short at the end of the month. Not a food pantry. A real store. A hand up, not a handout.

They've got something worth celebrating themselves: their brand new location grand opens TOMORROW, May 30th, at 1592 Lee Street, Rogersville, AL. Go show them some love.

Their donation goes directly toward helping veterans, first responders, and working families right here in the TN Valley. That's what neighbors do.

A hundred dollars in groceries is a big deal for a family trying to make ends meet.

Foodland gets that. That's why they stepped up with a $100 gift certificate donation to our online silent auction benefiting TRB Hope Foundation and the TN Valley General Store launch.

That kind of generosity is exactly what the Tennessee Valley is made of.

Their gift is on the block starting June 4th alongside some incredible items from businesses across this region who believe hard working families deserve a hand up.
