Aug 18, 2026, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
We’re inviting parents and educators from our broader community to join us for an evening of learning and connection.
Before we can help our kids regulate, we have to understand what’s happening in our own bodies and minds. At this event, you’ll get a window into the same framework Trailhouse therapists and educators are building together this year — and walk away with real tools you can actually use.
We’ll explore:
How our nervous systems work and why that matters for the kids around us
What regulation really means, and why it’s the foundation of learning, behavior, and connection
What it means to be a co-regulator — and how our own state shapes our children’s
Simple, practical tools to help the kids in your life feel safe, valued, and connected
This is an open conversation. Come ready to reflect, ask questions, and connect with other families in the community.
Light refreshments provided. Free and open to all. RSVP on the Trailhouse website.
