Keep Alton Beautiful Tree Planting event for Earth Day.

Keep Alton Beautiful was proud to partner with the City of Alton, TX Government, and Alton Elementary’s Student Council, the “Lighthouse Team,” to plant two new trees on campus in honor of Earth Day! 🌳✨

These young leaders showed incredible teamwork and dedication as they helped make their school greener and more beautiful for everyone. Their efforts today will provide shade, cleaner air, and a lasting reminder of how small actions can make a big difference.

Thank you to Alton Elementary, the Lighthouse Team, and Principal Dr. S. Canales-Garcia, for being shining examples of stewardship and community pride! 💚

With support from City of Alton, and Mission CISD, the students at Cantu Elementary rolled up their sleeves and planted three beautiful trees on their campus! 🌱🌞

What an amazing hands-on way to learn about the environment while making a lasting impact on their school and community.
