Alton Senior Center

Alton Senior Center Senior Citizens Center for those 60 years or older and their spouses. We always welcome Volunteers and visitors.

Lunch served daily from 11:15 - 12:15 Monday - Friday except holidays. Anyone 60+ or their spouse can eat for a suggested contribution of $3.50 each. Volunteers that help in the meals program that day can also eat for a contribution. Homebound Meals are also available to those 60+ who qualify. We have a Daily Salad Bar that is sponsored by the Alton Senior Center Board. Daily activities, treadmill

, machine quilting, library, Wii, Pool Table, Cards, Sewing Projects, Wellness Programs and volunteer positions are available. We assist Seniors with Medicare D plans, MORX, Extra Help and other questions or help you may need. During February and March we will help Seniors fill out the Missouri Property Tax Credit for those who qualify.

LET ME JUST GIVE A BIG SHOUT OUT TO TROOP 102! THESE KIDS AND LEADERS ARE AWESOME! We could not have had all the help that we have had if not for them and their kindness! Just want to let folks know how great they are! God Bless you! These boy scouts are really great kids!

Hey folks! That time of year again for "Baskets of Love". We need donations for our Thanksgiving baskets, We are in need of non perishable items such as canned Hams, Canned Veggies, Canned fruits, toiletries, toilet tissue, paper towels , ct. Mainly items that our seniors can make a thanksgiving dinner with. We appreciate all donations and would like everyone in the community to be involved.
