Time for another blessing pause!

Today we give thanks to the following donors:

- Southwestern Quilting Friends for another 21 handmade quilts. Thank you Chris Dawdy for taking the time to drive down and drop these off. This puts your group total to date at 808! ♥️

Thank you to Marissa McRae and her 4th grade class at Evangelical United Church of Christ for donating the proceeds of your T-shirt sales totaling $310.10. ♥️

Thank you to the members of Life ChurchX in Jerseyville for your recent donation of $250.

We also failed to include a word of thanks in our last bed build post that the American Water Co. made a donation earlier this year in the amount of $1068.10. ♥️

Lastly, this is advance notice that we will have a special project unfolding in the near future that you can take part in. More to come on that soon! 😉

Super hot build today, but we were blessed to have American Water Company employees join us and bring some chillin' vibes into our shop!

Thank you to Joanna Lewis for scheduling today's event, and collecting lots of twin size bedding. Our heart goes with you in the days ahead too! ♥️

We appreciate every employee who gave up time and put out effort to make seven more beds available for children in our service area today. 👍👍

The world lost an icon and inspirational humanitarian today. Dolly Parton spent her life giving from the heart 💙 through her music, her generosity, and programs like her Imagination Library that puts books in kids' hands. Rest in heavenly peace, Dolly. 🦋✨

Last night our Chapter was blessed to have a super fun build with Schnucks Markets. Employees from the following stores participated: Alton, Godfrey, Wood River, Edwardsville, Collinsville and Fairview Heights.

Thank you to core member Michael Bates for engaging management at the Alton store to kick this effort off. And special thanks to Alexis Atkinson in the corporate office for coordinating across all the stores to make this possible. We asked for seven beds and you built us nine!♥️
