🎉 Getting a Head Start on DSP Week! 🎉🏌️‍♀️

At Edwards Torbank House, we couldn’t wait for DSP Week to start, so we kicked off the celebrations early! Our fabulous Vox Rep, Kay Edwards, organized an amazing mini golf party and picnic at The Aerie at Eagle Landing! ⛳️🍔✨

We had a blast swinging our clubs along with our residents, enjoying delicious treats, and soaking up the sunshine. ☀️🌭 A huge thank you to our dedicated Direct Support Professionals for everything you do—you truly make a difference every day! 🙌❤️

🐾💖 Guess who was back for a visit? Our Favorite Four-Legged Friend! 💖🐾 We had the best day ever with a visit from our not-so-little furry buddy! 🐶🥳 There were smiles all around, lots of tail wags, and endless opportunities for some much-needed petting!

🏡✨ Adventure Alert: Exploring Newell Pioneer Village! 🌾💕 We had an absolute blast at the cutest little house on the prairie village in Champoeg Park! 🌳💖 Our crew stepped back in time to learn how pioneer folks made bread, washed their clothes, and even dried them in the sun! 🥖👗☀️

But that’s not all! We got our hands dirty making candles 🕯️ and got to experience writing with feather pens dipped in ink! 🖋️Talk about a true pioneer experience!

And let’s not forget the best part: a delightful picnic lunch before all the fun! 🥗🍉 Nothing beats food in the great outdoors!
