“Every five years, the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles USC University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (CHLA USC UCEDD) conducts a needs assessment to help guide our work and priorities for the next five years.

We are inviting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), family members, caregivers, service providers, advocates, and community members to share their perspectives by completing our 5-Year Needs Assessment Survey.
