Never deviate from the dog's schedule! NBRF Rescue Goose has a routine and he appreciates the fact that his humans stick to it! Their day begins with a 7am wake up call. Then there's waiting for a walk, post walk relaxation time and finally, the presentation of his back for the evening massage 😁 Sprinkle groceries, treats and love throughout the day. Life is good!!

Presenting three reasons to have your pre-approved adoption application on file! Meet NBRF Rescues Finn, Jax and Oliver, nine month old brothers who found their forevers at the speed of Borzoi.

These three boys were placed with people who we already knew fit their needs. People who had pre-approved applications on file.

Our adoption process is a thorough, time consuming procedure, remember it is all about the Borzoi’s needs. If a fit is found in the current approved applicants on file then by the time a new applicant is approved, the Borzoi whose profile they fell in love with may be placed with someone else.

If you are considering adding a Borzoi to your life now or in the future, go to our website, fill out an application, tell us about yourself and what you bring to the table for a rescue Borzoi. In all cases it is the first step in NBRF’s adoption procedure.

You may or may not be matched with the one you have in mind but if you are a candidate to adopt a Borzoi, it will be with the one(s) that you best suit and that will make you both very happy.

There is "placed" and there is "placed correctly!" It is essential to evaluate the needs of the Borzoi to determine what type of home will give them the happily ever after NBRF promises. Our search ALWAYS begins with what is best for the Borzoi under our protection. It is a thorough process that requires time and patience.

At three years old Lola found herself in a situation that was not ideal. She was being asked to adjust to a situation that she just could not adjust to. A home better suited to her needs was imperative. NBRF was up to the task!

NBRF Rescue Lola is just beginning her Happily Ever After with a family who loves her for who she is; a sweet, beautiful soul who is not asked to compromise. Congratulations sweetheart! You deserve this wonderful new life!
