World Fellowship Center www.worldfellowship.org is an intergenerational social justice camp & retreat center since 1941! Follow us here!

With that much wisdom, we’re moving away from sellout social media. https://bsky.app/profile/worldfellowship.bsky.social From late June to Labor Day, guests can debate the issues of the day with an endless stream of fascinating presenters, amaze themselves by learning yoga postures they didn’t think their bodies capable of, or just paddle a canoe around on Whitton Pond.

: Organizing at this moment requires many skill sets including learning strategies from around the globe and understanding how to apply them to your specific context. A deep grounding in place strengthens all of our practices and opens opportunities for the connection, solidarity and joy necessary to sustaining our work. This workshop will be led by Molly Rose Kaufman, Douglas Farrand, Dr. Mindy Fullilove and the University of Orange team.

: We all have patterns in how we hold tension, respond to stress, and move through the world.

Some are learned over time… and some are so consistent they feel like part of who we are.

During this immersion, we’ll begin to recognize these patterns more clearly — not just in the body, but in how you relate to effort, awareness, and rest.

Because once you can see a pattern, you can begin to change it.

In our time together, we’ll work with a variety of modalities to support the body and nervous system.

You’ll be guided through simple practices and experiences that draw from my work as a Somatic Movement Specialist, Yoga Nidra guide, Reiki practitioner, and Brain Health Coach—offering tools to support clarity, resilience, and mind/body wellness.

Somatic Movement to release long-held patterns of tension and restore balance, ease, and vitality for healthy aging. Guided Relaxation to allow the mind and body to settle into a state of deep, restorative rest.

Somatic Healing to experience a deeper layer where awareness, sensation, and the nervous system come together to support meaningful change.

This is the embodied wisdom you already hold — Jennifer Simpson is simply your guide.

: Arnie Alpert tells the story of the 20-year campaign to get New Hampshire to adopt a state holiday named for the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. It’s a tale of persistence, grassroots activism, community education, inside/outside organizing, and personal transformation. As the American Friends Service Committee’s NH director from 1981 to 2020, Arnie served as the “communications coordinator” for the informal coalition which led the holiday campaign.

In the US, the Conservative Movement has consolidated power in a way that dominates political and public life. It is the largest social movement this country has seen in years. You might think you know them, but who are they, really? What are the big ideas that animate their movement? What are they working towards? Are there points of alignment with the left?

Join a conversation with artist and filmmaker Michael Premo, whose recent film Homegrown closely follows three conservative activists. This gathering will be an opportunity to learn from his expertise, ask questions, and engage in group discussion.
