Happening tomorrow.

Do you apply manure to your fields?
If so, are you prepared for a possible manure spill on your acres? This field day provides an opportunity to bring your entire crew for a live demonstration on spill response control, so you are ready to protect your farm in the event of a spill.

Educators will actively demonstrate various techniques for controlling manure releases as well as 4-gas monitors and the skills necessary to use them.

A huge THANK YOU to all who joined us yesterday for the 30th Center for Excellence field day at Bakerlads Farm.

The fog and rain didn't dampen our mood as we enjoyed so many good educational sessions, equipment demonstrations, and a fantastic lunch in Blaine's brand new shop. After lunch, we celebrated the 30 years of the Center's history by honoring the founders and major contributors over the years, the longtime sponsors, and successful partnerships that have formed as a result. It was a day full of smiles, learning, and good conversations. We are so grateful to all the friends of agriculture who came together to make this year's field day extra special!
