We're actively working to call an Article V convention and restore self-governance in America.

Citizens concerned for the future of their country, under a federal government that's increasingly bloated, corrupt, reckless and invasive, have a constitutional option. We can call a Convention of States to return the country to its original vision of a limited federal government that is of, by and for the people. The Convention of States Maine page is operated by Convention of States Action, 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization committed to promoting legislation that calls for a Convention of States under Article V of the United States Constitution.

53 primary victories across six states. But the number only matters if you understand what comes next. Article V moves through the states, which means who serves in our state legislatures matters. These wins put more Convention of States supporters on the ballot this November and strengthen the path toward 34 states.

The Convention of States Resolution has 3 subject matters:
Impose fiscal restraints on the federal government
Limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government, and
Limit the terms of office for its officials and Congress.
