ضمن جهودها المستمرة لتعزيز التمكين الاقتصادي للنساء ودعم مشاركتهن في سوق العمل، بدأت منظمة أورنج تنفيذ مشروع “فرص تمكين النساء” في مدينة غازي عنتاب التركية، وذلك بالشراكة مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي (UNDP) وبلدية شاهين بيه، ضمن برنامج HOPE.
وشهد النشاط إجراء مقابلات مع مجموعة من النساء المتقدمات للاستفادة من البرنامج، حيث سيتم اختيار 40 سيدة للمشاركة في تدريبات متخصصة تهدف إلى تطوير مهاراتهن المهنية وتعزيز جاهزيتهن لدخول سوق العمل.
وسيركّز البرنامج على تزويد المشاركات بالمهارات العملية والمعرفة اللازمة التي تساعدهن على الحصول على فرص عمل مناسبة، حيث من المخطط أن يتم توظيف 10 من المشاركات بعد انتهاء التدريب في القطاعين الخاص والحكومي.
As part of its ongoing efforts to promote women's economic empowerment and support their participation in the labor market, Orange Organization has launched the “Women’s Empowerment Opportunities” project in Gaziantep, Türkiye, in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Şahinbey Municipality, within the HOPE Programme.
As part of the project activities, interviews were conducted with a number of women applicants interested in joining the programme. 40 women will be selected to participate in specialized training designed to enhance their professional skills and improve their readiness to enter the labor market.
The programme will focus on equipping participants with practical skills and knowledge that will support their access to employment opportunities. Following the training, it is planned that 10 participants will secure jobs in both the public and private sectors.
