SİVİL İDARE DERNEĞİ olarak, Gaziantep'teki Kadın Girişimciler Fuarı'na sizi davet etmekten büyük memnuniyet duyuyoruz. Bu fuar; umut vaat eden kadın projelerinin yaratıcılık ve yenilikle buluştuğu, girişimciliği ve ilham verici başarı hikayelerini kutlayan bir alan.

ضمن مشروع RE-SEED، أنهت المجموعة الثانية من رائدات الأعمال في غازي عنتاب تدريب "التسويق والتخطيط المالي ودراسة الجدوى"، حيث اكتسبت المشاركات أدوات عملية تساعدهن على تطوير مشاريعهن، وفهم أسواقهن بشكل أفضل، وبناء خطط مالية أكثر فاعلية واستدامة.

هذه الخطوة ليست نهاية التدريب، بل بداية مرحلة جديدة تمتلك فيها رائدات الأعمال رؤية أوضح، وقدرة أكبر على تحويل أفكارهن إلى مشاريع تنمو وتحقق أثرًا حقيقيًا.

في سِكَك، نواصل الاستثمار في قدرات النساء، لأن تمكينهن اقتصاديًا هو استثمار في مجتمعات أكثر قوة واستدامة.

Successful businesses are not built on passion alone; they require planning, knowledge, and the ability to make informed decisions.

Within the framework of the RE-SEED Project, the second cohort of women entrepreneurs in Gaziantep successfully completed the training “Marketing, Financial Planning, and Business Feasibility.” Through this training, participants gained practical tools to help them strengthen their businesses, better understand their markets, and develop more effective and sustainable financial plans.

This milestone is not the end of the training journey, but rather the beginning of a new phase in which women entrepreneurs possess a clearer vision and a stronger ability to transform their ideas into businesses that grow and generate meaningful impact.

At SYCAC Organization, we continue to invest in women's capacities, because economic empowerment of women is an investment in stronger and more sustainable communities.

This activity is implemented under the project “Resilient Employment and Socio-Economic Development in Earthquake-Affected Areas in Türkiye (RE-SEED)”, co-funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and implemented by GIZ in partnership with the Union of Municipalities of Türkiye (TBB) and SYCAC.

كيف يرى الشباب المحتوى الذي يمر أمامهم كل يوم؟ وكيف يؤثر ما يشاهدونه ويشاركونه على علاقاتهم ومجتمعاتهم؟

في إدلب، جمعت منظمة سِكَك مجموعة من الشباب والشابات من خلفيات متنوعة في جلسة نقاش مركّزة أتاحت لهم مساحة آمنة للتفكير بصوت عالٍ حول علاقتهم بوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وتأثير المحتوى الرقمي على آرائهم وسلوكهم وتفاعلاتهم اليومية.

ناقش المشاركون التحديات التي تواجههم في التمييز بين المعلومات الموثوقة والمحتوى المضلّل، وتأثير الضغوط الاجتماعية في تشكيل أنماط التفاعل مع المنشورات المتداولة، إضافة إلى الفرص المتاحة أمام الشباب للمساهمة في إنتاج محتوى إيجابي يعزز قيم التعايش والاحترام المتبادل.

تأتي هذه الجلسة ضمن مشروع أصداء السلام الذي تنفذه منظمة سِكَك في عدة محافظات سورية، بهدف فهم ديناميكيات خطاب الكراهية في سوريا، واستخلاص سرديات بديلة تنبع من المجتمعات المحلية وتدعم جهود بناء السلام على المستويين المحلي والوطني.

How do young people perceive the content that passes before them every day? And how does what they watch and share influence their relationships and communities?

In Idlib, SYCAC Organization brought together a diverse group of young women and men in a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), providing a safe space for them to reflect openly on their relationship with social media and the impact of digital content on their opinions, behaviors, and daily interactions.

Participants discussed the challenges they face in distinguishing reliable information from misleading content, the influence of social pressures on patterns of engagement with widely circulated posts, and the opportunities available for young people to contribute to the creation of positive content that promotes the values of coexistence and mutual respect.

This session is part of the Echoes of Peace Project, implemented by SYCAC Organization across several Syrian governorates. The project aims to understand the dynamics of hate speech in Syria and to identify alternative narratives emerging from local communities that can support peacebuilding efforts at both the local and national levels.

استمرارًا لجلسات التوعية ضمن منهجية +LANN التي تنفذها منظمة سِكَك في إطار مشروع تعزيز قدرات المجتمع على الصمود، نفّذ فريق عنبر المجتمعي جلسة توعية تفاعلية للنساء في مدينة عفرين.

تناولت الجلسة العلاقة المحورية بين الزراعة والتغذية وإدارة الموارد الطبيعية، حيث تعرّفت المشاركات على أساليب عملية لتحسين التغذية اليومية للأسرة من خلال الموارد المحلية المتاحة، وكيف يمكن للخيارات الزراعية البسيطة أن تنعكس إيجاباً على صحة الأطفال والأمهات.

شكّلت الجلسة مساحة تفاعلية حقيقية تبادلت فيها النساء تجاربهن وخبراتهن اليومية، وخرجن بمعرفة عملية قابلة للتطبيق الفوري داخل منازلهن ومجتمعاتهن.

لأن المرأة حين تمتلك المعرفة الغذائية والزراعية الصحيحة، تصبح الحارسة الأولى لصحة أسرتها

As part of the ongoing awareness sessions delivered through the LANN+ methodology implemented by SYCAC Organization within the framework of the Community Resilience Capacity-Building Project, the Anbar Community Team conducted an interactive awareness session for women in the city of Afrin.

The session focused on the vital link between agriculture, nutrition, and natural resource management. Participants learned practical approaches to improving household nutrition through locally available resources and explored how simple agricultural practices can positively impact the health and well-being of children and mothers.

The session provided a truly interactive space where women exchanged their experiences and daily practices, leaving with practical knowledge that can be immediately applied within their homes and communities.

Because when women possess the right agricultural and nutritional knowledge, they become the first guardians of their families’ health.

في إدلب، وضمن مساحة آمنة، أُقيمت جلسة نقاش مركّز مع مجموعة من النساء من خلفيات متنوعة، فتحت من خلالها المشاركات حديثاً صريحاً وعميقاً عن علاقتهن اليومية بالفضاء الرقمي ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

تحدّثت النساء عن طبيعة المحتوى الرقمي الذي يصادفنه يومياً وأثره على تصوّراتهن عن محيطهن الاجتماعي، وعن الأنماط المتنوعة في التعرض لخطاب الكراهية والتعامل معه. كما تناولت النقاشات مسألة الثقة بالمعلومات والمرجعيات الموثوقة في ظل فضاء رقمي مليء بالروايات المتضاربة، مُسلّطاتٍ الضوء على تجارب حقيقية نادراً ما تجد طريقها إلى السطح.

هذه الجلسة جزء من منهجية بحثية متكاملة تُنفّذها منظمة سكك في عدة محافظات سورية، ضمن مشروع أصداء السلام الذي يهدف إلى فهم ديناميكيات خطاب الكراهية في سوريا.

تجمع هذه المنهجية بين عدة أدوات منها الاستبيان الميداني والرصد الرقمي ومجموعات النقاش المركّز، بهدف فهم خطاب الكراهية كما يعيشه الناس على أرض الواقع، واستخلاص سرديات بديلة من المجتمعات نفسها تناهض هذا الخطاب وتُسهم في توجيه برامج بناء السلام على المستويين المحلي والوطني.

In Idlib, within a safe and inclusive space, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was conducted with a diverse group of women, providing an opportunity for participants to engage in open and in-depth conversations about their daily interactions with digital spaces and social media platforms.

The women discussed the nature of the digital content they encounter on a daily basis and its influence on their perceptions of their social surroundings. They also explored the various ways in which they are exposed to hate speech and how they respond to it. In addition, the discussions addressed the issue of trust in information and credible sources within a digital environment saturated with competing and often conflicting narratives, shedding light on real-life experiences that rarely receive public attention.

This session forms part of a comprehensive research methodology implemented by SYCAC Organization across several Syrian governorates under the Echoes of Peace Project, which aims to understand the dynamics of hate speech in Syria.

The methodology combines multiple research tools, including field surveys, digital monitoring, and focus group discussions, to better understand hate speech as it is experienced by people in their daily lives. It also seeks to identify alternative narratives emerging from communities themselves that challenge hate speech and contribute to informing peacebuilding programs at both the local and national levels.

في عفرين، حيث تتقاطع قصص الناس وتتنوع تجاربهم، تبرز الحاجة إلى مساحات تجمع الأطفال والأسر على قيم المشاركة والتعاون والانتماء.

لذلك تأتي مبادرة "جسور عفرين – اللعب يجمعنا" التي أطلقتها منظمة سِكَك بالشراكة مع فريق خطوة، لتوظف قوة اللعب والتعلم التفاعلي في تعزيز التماسك الاجتماعي وبناء جسور الثقة بين الأطفال من مختلف الخلفيات الاجتماعية، إلى جانب تشجيع مشاركة الأسر وتمكين النساء من أداء أدوار قيادية مؤثرة في المجتمع.

من خلال برنامج "قائدات التغيير"، ستتلقى 100 امرأة التدريب والتمكين اللازمين للعمل مع الأطفال كعاملات مجتمعيات، فيما سيشارك 100 طفل في نادي "اللعب معًا" لبناء صداقات وعلاقات إيجابية تدوم. كما ستوفر مبادرة "قصص من عفرين" مساحة تجمع الأجيال حول الذاكرة المشتركة والقيم المجتمعية، وصولًا إلى اليوم المجتمعي المفتوح "لنلعب معًا" الذي يحتفي بالتواصل والتعاون بين أفراد المجتمع.

لأن بناء مجتمع أكثر تماسكًا لا يبدأ بالمشاريع الكبرى فقط، بل يبدأ أيضاً من لحظات اللعب والتعلم والحوار التي تقرّب الناس من بعضهم البعض وتمنحهم فرصة لصناعة مستقبل مشترك.

In Afrin, where people’s stories intersect and experiences vary, there is a growing need for spaces that bring children and families together around the values of participation, cooperation, and belonging.

This is the vision behind the “Afrin Bridges – Play Brings Us Together” initiative, launched by SYCAC Organization in partnership with the Step Team. The initiative harnesses the power of play and interactive learning to strengthen social cohesion and build bridges of trust among children from diverse social backgrounds, while encouraging family engagement and empowering women to take on influential leadership roles within their communities.

Through the “Women Leaders of Change” program, 100 women will receive the training and support needed to work with children as community facilitators. At the same time, 100 children will participate in the “Playing Together Club,” where they will build friendships and develop positive relationships that endure over time. The initiative will also feature “Stories from Afrin,” creating a space where different generations can connect through shared memories and community values, culminating in the community open day “Let’s Play Together,” which celebrates communication, cooperation, and social connection.

Because building a more cohesive society does not begin only with large-scale projects it also starts with moments of play, learning, and dialogue that bring people closer together and give them the opportunity to shape a shared future.

حين تتحول موارد الطبيعة إلى فرص حقيقية للإنتاج والاستقرار، تبدأ قصص جديدة من الأمل والاعتماد على الذات.

ضمن مشروع تعزيز قدرات المجتمع على الصمود، أطلقت منظمة سِكَك بالشراكة مع فريق بيئة وسلام مبادرة "ذهب الطبيعة" في منطقتي معراته وميدانكي بريف عفرين، بهدف تمكين الأسر من بناء مصادر دخل مستدامة من خلال مشاريع تربية النحل.

قدّمت المبادرة للمشاركين والمشاركات تدريبًا متكاملًا على أساسيات تربية النحل وإدارة الخلايا، إلى جانب الدعم الإنتاجي اللازم لإطلاق مشاريعهم الخاصة، بما يعزز قدرتهم على تحقيق دخل مستدام ويسهم في تنمية الاقتصاد المحلي.

ومن التدريب النظري والتطبيق العملي، إلى توفير مستلزمات الإنتاج وحفل الإطلاق الرسمي، صُمّمت المبادرة كمسار متكامل يمنح المستفيدين والمستفيدات المعرفة والمهارات والأدوات اللازمة للانطلاق بثقة نحو مشاريع منتجة وقابلة للاستمرار.

لأن الاستثمار في الموارد المحلية لا يخلق فرص عمل فحسب، بل يرسّخ مقومات الصمود ويمنح المجتمعات القدرة على صناعة مستقبلها بأيديها.

When natural resources are transformed into real opportunities for production and stability, new stories of hope and self-reliance begin to emerge.

Within the framework of the Community Resilience Capacity-Building Project, SYCAC Organization, in partnership with the Environment and Peace Team, launched the “Nature’s Gold Initiative” in the areas of Ma’arata and Maydanki in rural Afrin. The initiative aims to empower households to establish sustainable sources of income through beekeeping enterprises.

The initiative provided participants with comprehensive training on the fundamentals of beekeeping and hive management, alongside the productive support needed to launch their own businesses. This support enhances their ability to generate sustainable income while contributing to local economic development.

From theoretical training and practical application to the provision of production inputs and the official launch event, the initiative was designed as an integrated pathway that equips beneficiaries with the knowledge, skills, and tools required to confidently establish productive and sustainable enterprises.

Because investing in local resources does more than create livelihood opportunities it strengthens the foundations of resilience and empowers communities to shape their own future.

في اليوم العالمي للبيئة، نجدد التزامنا بأهمية تعزيز الوعي البيئي ودعم الممارسات التي تحافظ على الموارد الطبيعية وتدعم مسارات التنمية المستدامة، بما يسهم في بناء مجتمعات أكثر قدرة على النمو والازدهار.

على مدار السنوات الماضية، حرصت سِكَك على دمج البعد البيئي في العديد من مبادراتها المجتمعية، من خلال دعم حملات التوعية البيئية، وتشجيع المشاركة المجتمعية، وتنفيذ أنشطة تسهم في تعزيز المسؤولية تجاه الموارد الطبيعية والمساحات العامة، إيماناً منا بأن التغيير المستدام يبدأ من وعي الأفراد ومشاركة المجتمع.

Her başarılı girişimin arkasında bir fikir, emek, cesaret ve kararlılık vardır. Bu hikâyeleri birlikte keşfetmek için sizleri Kadın Girişimciler Fuarı'na davet ediyoruz.
