التنمية الحقيقية لا تُقاس بعدد المستفيدين فحسب، بل بمدى قدرتها على الوصول إلى من يُهمَّشون في أغلب الأحيان ويُنسى دورهم في بناء المجتمع.

الأشخاص ذوو الإعاقة ليسوا متلقّين للدعم فقط، بل طاقات إنتاجية حقيقية تنتظر الفرصة المناسبة لتُثبت قدرتها وتُحدث أثراً في محيطها.

في هذا الفيديو، نسلّط الضوء على مبادرة "دعم الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في الزراعة وصناعة المونة" التي نفّذها فريق شباب برو بإشراف ودعم من منظمة سِكَك في تجمع كومبلة وقرية جويق بريف عفرين، والتي هدفت إلى تمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة اقتصادياً واجتماعياً من خلال تزويدهم بمهارات عملية في الزراعة المنزلية وصناعة المونة، وتوفير حزم إنتاجية وأجهزة مساعدة تفتح أمامهم فرصاً حقيقية للإنتاج والاعتماد على الذات.

المبادرة لم تكن مجرد تدريب أو توزيع مستلزمات، بل منظومة متكاملة صمّمتها سِكَك لتضمن مشاركة فاعلة وحقيقية للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لمجتمعاتهم، وتفتح أمامهم مسارات مستدامة نحو حياة أكثر كرامة واستقراراً.

True development is not measured solely by the number of beneficiaries, but by its ability to reach those who are often marginalized and whose role in building society is frequently overlooked.

Persons with disabilities are not merely recipients of support; they are productive individuals with real potential, waiting for the right opportunity to demonstrate their abilities and create meaningful impact within their communities.

In this video, we highlight the initiative “Supporting Persons with Disabilities in Agriculture and Food Processing”, implemented by the Shabab Pro Team under the supervision and support of SYCAC Organization in Kombala Camp and Jweiq village in rural Afrin. The initiative aimed to empower persons with disabilities both economically and socially by equipping them with practical skills in home gardening and food preservation, while also providing productive kits and assistive devices that open real pathways toward productivity and self-reliance.

The initiative was not merely a training or distribution activity; rather, it represented an integrated support system designed by SYCAC Organization to ensure the active and meaningful inclusion of persons with disabilities in the economic and social life of their communities, while creating sustainable pathways toward a more dignified and stable life.

ضمن سلسلة جلسات النقاش المركزة التي تنفّذها منظمة سِكَك في إطار دراستها البحثية حول آراء اللاجئين السوريين في تركيا تجاه مسألة العودة، عُقدت الجلسة الثانية في ولاية غازي عنتاب، وكانت هذه المرة مع مجموعة من النساء السوريات اللواتي شاركن بصراحة وعمق في الحديث عن تجاربهن وواقعهن.

ناقشت المشاركات ظروف معيشتهن في تركيا وما يواجهنه من تحديات يومية، وتبادلن آراءهن حول مسألة العودة إلى سوريا، متطرقاتٍ إلى المخاوف الخاصة التي تشغل بالهن بوصفهن نساءً، والعوائق التي تجعل قرار العودة أكثر تعقيداً بالنسبة لهن، إلى جانب الشروط والضمانات التي يرينها ضرورية لأي عودة آمنة وكريمة.

تأتي هذه الجلسة استكمالاً للمسار البحثي الذي انطلق في غازي عنتاب وسيستهدف ولايات أخرى، وذلك لضمان تمثيل أصوات المرأة السورية في هذه الدراسة، إيماناً بأن منظور النساء لا غنى عنه لفهم صورة العودة كاملةً وبأبعادها الحقيقية.

As part of the series of focused discussion sessions implemented by SYCAC Organization within the framework of its research study on Syrian refugees’ perspectives in Türkiye regarding the issue of return, the second session was held in Gaziantep with a group of Syrian women who shared their experiences and realities with openness and depth.

Participants discussed their living conditions in Türkiye and the daily challenges they face, while exchanging views on the prospect of returning to Syria. The discussion also addressed the specific concerns they hold as women, the barriers that make the decision to return more complex for them, and the conditions and guarantees they consider essential for any safe and dignified return.

This session comes as a continuation of the research process launched in Gaziantep, which will expand to other provinces to ensure that the voices of Syrian women are meaningfully represented in the study. This reflects the belief that women’s perspectives are indispensable to understanding the issue of return in its full and real dimensions.

في كل رحلة تمكين اقتصادي، هناك لحظة تتحول فيها المعرفة إلى بداية تغيير حقيقي وأكثر استدامة

ضمن مشروع RE-SEED، نفّذت منظمة سِكَك تدريبًا متخصصًا في غازي عنتاب استهدف 20 رائدة أعمال، كخطوة أولى ضمن برنامج دعم تطوير الأعمال، بهدف تعزيز فهمهن لمنظومة ريادة الأعمال في تركيا، والإطار القانوني والضريبي الذي يشكّل أساس بناء المشاريع وإدارتها.

يعكس هذا التدريب التزام سِكَك بتمكين النساء ليس فقط عبر نقل المعرفة، بل عبر خلق بيئة تعليمية تفاعلية تُعزّز الثقة، وتدعم تبادل الخبرات، وتفتح المجال أمام بناء شبكات ريادية فاعلة.

من هنا تبدأ الحكاية… حكاية مشاريع أكثر نضجًا، ونساء أكثر قدرة على القيادة وصناعة الأثر.

يُنفَّذ هذا النشاط ضمن مشروع "التوظيف المستدام والتنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية في المناطق المتضررة من الزلازل في تركيا (RE-SEED)" بتمويل مشترك من الاتحاد الأوروبي والوزارة الألمانية الفيدرالية للتعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية (BMZ)، وتنفيذ GIZ بالشراكة مع اتحاد بلديات تركيا (TBB) ومنظمة سِكَك (SYCAC).

In every journey of economic empowerment, there is a moment when knowledge transforms into the beginning of real and more sustainable change.

Within the RE-SEED project, SYCAC Organization implemented a specialized training in Gaziantep targeting 20 women entrepreneurs, as a first step within the Business Development Support Program. The training aimed to enhance their understanding of Türkiye’s entrepreneurship ecosystem, as well as the legal and tax frameworks that form the foundation for establishing and managing businesses.

This training reflects SYCAC Organization’s commitment to empowering women not only through knowledge transfer, but by creating an interactive learning environment that builds confidence, fosters experience-sharing, and opens opportunities for establishing effective entrepreneurial networks.

From here, the story begins… a story of more mature businesses, and women who are increasingly capable of leading and creating impact.

This activity is implemented under the project “Resilient Employment and Socio-Economic Development in Earthquake-Affected Areas in Türkiye (RE-SEED)”, co-funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and implemented by GIZ in partnership with the Union of Municipalities of Türkiye (TBB) and SYCAC.

في خطوة جديدة ضمن مسار التمكين الاقتصادي، تم إطلاق تدريب "فهم منظومة ريادة الأعمال في تركيا" للمجموعة الثانية في غازي عنتاب، بمشاركة 20 رائدة أعمال، ضمن برنامج دعم تطوير الأعمال في إطار مشروع RE-SEED المنفذ عبر منظمة سِكَك.

يركّز هذا التدريب على تعزيز فهم رائدات الأعمال لمنظومة ريادة الأعمال في تركيا، بما يشمل البيئة التشريعية والإدارية والضريبية التي تشكّل الإطار الناظم لتأسيس وإدارة المشاريع، إضافة إلى دعم قدراتهن في قراءة السياق الاقتصادي واتخاذ قرارات أكثر وعيًا واستدامة.

وخلال أيام التدريب، لم يقتصر التعلّم على الجوانب المعرفية فقط، بل امتد ليشمل تبادل الخبرات وبناء روابط مهنية بين المشاركات، بما يعزز من روح التعاون ويؤسس لشبكة ريادية أكثر تماسكًا وقدرة على التأثير.

يمثل هذا التدريب جزءًا من مسار أوسع يهدف إلى تعزيز بيئة ريادة الأعمال المحلية، وتمكين النساء من قيادة مشاريعهن بثقة، والمساهمة في التعافي الاقتصادي في المناطق المتضررة من الزلازل.

As part of a continued pathway toward economic empowerment, the training “Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Türkiye” was launched for the second group in Gaziantep, with the participation of 20 women entrepreneurs. This training is delivered the Business Development Support Program under the RE-SEED project, implemented by SYCAC Organization.

The training focuses on strengthening participants’ understanding of Türkiye’s entrepreneurship ecosystem, including the legal, administrative, and taxation frameworks that regulate business establishment and management. It also supports their ability to analyze the economic context and make more informed and sustainable decisions.

Throughout the training days, learning extended beyond theoretical knowledge to include experience-sharing and the building of professional connections among participants fostering collaboration and contributing to the development of a more cohesive and impactful entrepreneurial network.

This training represents part of a broader effort to strengthen the local entrepreneurship environment, empower women to lead their businesses with confidence, and contribute to economic recovery in earthquake-affected areas.

في قرى ريف عفرين الأكثر هشاشة، تقف كثير من النساء الأرامل وحدهن في مواجهة تحديات الحياة، يتحمّلن إعالة أسرهن دون مصدر دخل ثابت. ولهذا تدخّلت سِكَك، ليس بمساعدة آنية، بل بمشروع إنتاجي متكامل يمنح كل امرأة قدرتها على الاعتماد على ذاتها.

يوثّق هذا الريلز لحظة توزيع قطعان الدجاج البياض على المستفيدات المختارات وفق معايير تضمن الوصول إلى الأشد احتياجاً، ضمن مبادرة دعم الثروة الحيوانية للأرامل في ريف عفرين، الذي صمّمته سِكَك كنموذج إنتاجي ذاتي التجدد يضمن الاستدامة على المدى الطويل.

دور سِكَك لم يتوقف عند التوزيع، بل يمتد إلى إشراف بيطري متخصص، وتدريبات عملية، وتوفير العلف ومستلزمات الحماية، لأن نجاح المشروع هو الهدف الحقيقي.

In the most vulnerable villages of rural Afrin, many widowed women stand alone in facing life's challenges, shouldering the responsibility of supporting their families without a stable source of income. This is why SYCAC intervened, not with a one-time assistance, but with an integrated productive project that builds each woman's capacity for self-reliance.

This reel documents the moment of distributing laying hen flocks to selected beneficiaries, identified through criteria designed to ensure that the most vulnerable are reached, under the Livestock Support Initiative for Widows in Rural Afrin. The initiative was designed by SYCAC as a self-sustaining productive model that ensures long-term sustainability.

SYCAC's role did not stop at distribution, but extends to specialized veterinary supervision, hands-on training, and the provision of feed and protective supplies, because the true measure of success is the sustainability of the project itself.

أطلقت منظمة سِكَك دراسة بحثية تهدف إلى توثيق آراء اللاجئين السوريين في تركيا حول مسألة العودة، وذلك من خلال مجموعة من الأنشطة تتضمن جلسات نقاش مركزة في ولايات غازي عنتاب وكلس وشانلي أورفا، سعياً لفهم واقع اللاجئين السوريين وخططهم المستقبلية.

حيث نُفِّذت الجلسة الأولى مع مجموعة من الشباب والشابات السوريين في غازي عنتاب، وضمّت 11 مشارك/ـة، أغلبهم من طلاب الجامعات والخريجين الجدد. ناقش المشاركون واقعهم في تركيا وتطلعاتهم نحو المستقبل، وتبادلوا آراءهم حول مسألة العودة إلى سوريا بين مؤيد ومتحفظ، متطرقين إلى العوائق التي تحول دون اتخاذ هذا القرار والشروط التي يرونها ضرورية لأي عودة طوعية وكريمة.

تُعدّ هذه الجلسة الأولى من أصل عدة جلسات ستُنفَّذ في الولايات الثلاث، في إطار المنهجية البحثية التي تتبنّاها المنظمة للمساهمة في تشكيل خطاب عام أكثر توازناً حول ملف العودة.

SYCAC has launched a research study aimed at documenting the perspectives of Syrian refugees in Türkiye on the issue of return, through a series of activities including focus group discussions in the provinces of Gaziantep, Kilis, and Şanlıurfa, with the aim of understanding the current situation of Syrian refugees and their future plans.

The first session was conducted with a group of young Syrian women and men in Gaziantep, bringing together 11 participants, the majority of whom were university students and recent graduates. Participants discussed their current situation in Türkiye and their aspirations for the future, exchanging views on the question of return to Syria, with some expressing support and others reservations. The discussion touched on the barriers that prevent them from making this decision, as well as the conditions they consider essential for any voluntary and dignified return.

This session is the first in a series of focus group discussions to be conducted across the three provinces, as part of the research methodology adopted by the organization to contribute to shaping a more balanced public discourse around the issue of return.

SYCAC believes that when community teams possess professional documentation and reporting tools, they become capable of effectively communicating their real impact to those around them.

Building on this principle, and based on a thorough needs assessment conducted by SYCAC to identify actual capacity gaps among partner teams, the "Report Writing and Success Story Documentation" training was launched as the first module in an integrated training series under the Strengthening Resilience in Earthquake-Affected Areas in Syria project.

This video documents an experience of hands-on and interactive learning, where participants from partner community teams acquired professional skills in report writing and success story development, enabling them to articulate their achievements in a clear and compelling manner that serves their communities and strengthens the credibility of their work.

يأتي عيد العمال هذا العام في ظل واقع يتطلب دعمًا أكبر لفرص العمل اللائق، وتعزيز سبل العيش، وتمكين الأفراد ليكونوا شركاء فاعلين في عملية التعافي وبناء المستقبل. فالعمل ليس مجرد مصدر دخل، بل هو ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق الكرامة الإنسانية، الاستقرار، والتماسك المجتمعي.
