Last Friday in Kono: The very humble Chairperson of the Kono District Independence Day Planning Committee Madam Yei Jeneba Saquee (First Lady of Tankoro Chiefdom) and members of the committee met with the Kono District Council of Imams to discuss what role the Imams should play in Kush/Drug awareness and prevention. The imams assured the chairperson that, from now onwards, they will include Kush awareness and prevention in their sermons. She and her team will meet with the Pastors and Reverends next week for the same purpose. Say No To Kush - Say No To Drugs. We are all in this together. Kono will rise again
