SLY Empowerment Organization, will commence an outreach program in different communities. To counsel the youth about the addiction of harmful substance. Such as kush, tramadol, ecstacy, and other harmful drugs. SLY Empowerment Organization, will rehabilitate some drug affected victims, and they'll gain medical treatment after the recovery process. Also empower their beneficiaries with technical skills that will empower them to reach financial freedom.
