We create the right environment for youths, where they can explore the context of that environment to develop personal creativity by developing personal value. The purpose is not to provide money/jobs, but engagement in the wide variety of personal and social activities it offers, helping the youths to discover and develop their potentials, skills, talents and to innovate them to take responsibilities in a positive way to shaping the future of their generation.
