THE FUTURE IS CALLING—WILL YOU ANSWER?

Every year, the National Girls Summit brings together young people from across Sierra Leone to amplify their voices, build leadership, and inspire action. Under the theme "Our Power in Action: Protecting Our Future," participants aged 10–28 years will gain leadership, public speaking, digital innovation, entrepreneurship, practical skills, career guidance, mentorship, networking opportunities, and access to the Health Village.

The summit welcomes young people in all their diversity, including those from historically excluded communities and those facing intersecting inequalities, ensuring no one is left behind.

The 7th National Girls Summit (NGS 2026) is more than an event, it's a movement that creates opportunities and delivers lasting impact. As part of the official Pre-Summit Activities, GADNET, in partnership with GetBundi App, proudly presents TechSis 2026, a fully funded digital skills programme designed to equip 100 girls and women with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive in today's digital world.

This is your opportunity to learn, grow, and become part of a new generation of African women leading innovation, creating opportunities, and shaping the future through technology.

We are excited to announce our partnership with TechSis 2026, a transformative initiative dedicated to empowering women and girls through technology across Africa.

As part of this partnership, GADNet-SL will support the empowerment of 100 girls and young women in Sierra Leone, contributing to TechSis 2026's ambitious goal of reaching 3,000 women and girls across the continent with digital skills, mentorship, networking opportunities, and access to technology.

Meet Isata Barrie from Hanga Chiefdom, Kenema District.

Isata is a young entrepreneur specializing in local catering and baking. Her journey with the National Girls Summit began in 2023 when she attended as a participant. Today, she has grown into a mentor and youth leader, inspiring other girls to believe in themselves, develop their skills, and lead with confidence.

The National Girls Summit is more than a residential camp it's a movement that brings together girls and young people from across Sierra Leone to build leadership, strengthen skills, and create a generation of confident, self-reliant changemakers.
