Two men were executed after being convicted of setting a mosque in Tehran on fire during protests. Amnesty International documented 39 political ex*****ons and more than 6,000 arrests since the war began in February.

Islamic regime of Iran as a form of political Islam and theocracy always uses the weapon of “faith” and “God’s command” in order to justify oppressing its opponents, Now, they have found a golden opportunity of condemning people of burning holy buildings so that is a quiet good reason to take a human life in Islam.

As we have pointed in the recent posts some of these convictions are not even proved and there are not much evidences. Even if we consider that the conviction is true, burning a building for some imaginary god in the skies is not a reason for taking a human’s life.

The UK Court of Appeal has rejected an attempt to criminalize the public burning of a Quran, upholding the acquittal of Hamit Coskun and dealing a major blow to efforts that many viewed as an attempt to introduce a de facto blasphemy law.

This case was never just about one protest. It raised a fundamental question: should people be punished for criticizing, rejecting, or even symbolically desecrating Islamic beliefs?

In a secular democracy, no religion including Islam, should receive special protection from criticism or even desecration. Freedom of expression includes the right to challenge ideas, beliefs, and religious institutions.

This was an important victory for free speech, secular values and to stand against political Islam.

تجدیدنظر بریتانیا تلاش برای جرم‌انگاری آتش زدن قرآن در ملأعام را رد کرد و حکم بی‌گناهی Hamit Coskun را تأیید کرد؛ تصمیمی که ضربه‌ای به تلاش‌ها برای ایجاد نوعی قانون غیررسمی کفرگویی محسوب می‌شود.
این پرونده فقط درباره یک اعتراض نبود، بلکه این سؤال را مطرح کرد که آیا افراد باید به خاطر انتقاد، رد کردن یا حتی بی‌احترامی نمادین به باورهای اسلامی مجازات شوند؟
در یک دموکراسی سکولار، هیچ دینی از جمله اسلام نباید از انتقاد یا حتی بی‌احترامی مصون باشد. آزادی بیان یعنی حق به چالش کشیدن عقاید و نهادهای مذهبی.
این حکم یک پیروزی مهم برای آزادی بیان، ارزش‌های سکولار و مقابله با اسلام سیاسی بود

Mohammad Naqizadeh, a 22-year-old athlete from Shahriar near Tehran, has reportedly been sentenced to death after authorities accused him of insulting an Islamic Imam through material found on his phone.

He was arrested during the Shahriar protests and has remained in detention since January 3 in Greater Tehran Prison. Reports state that he was physically abused after his arrest and was denied proper access to legal representation throughout the court proceedings.

According to available information, his case was first examined in the Shahriar court before being transferred to the Revolutionary Court. His silence during the hearings — reportedly caused by fear and the absence of a lawyer — was allegedly treated as evidence of non-cooperation. The final death sentence was later issued by Judge Iman Afshari in the Revolutionary Court.

Mohammad’s mother is asking people around the world to raise awareness about her son’s situation, contact government representatives, and reach out to atheist groups, human rights advocates, and critics of religious extremism in hopes of preventing his ex*****on.

There are growing concerns that the Iranian authorities are attempting to silence and intimidate critics of Islam and religion, particularly younger generations who are distancing themselves from religious rule. Mohammad Naqizadeh is said to be one of several young people facing severe punishment under these circumstances.

محمد نقی‌زاده، جوان ۲۲ ساله و ورزشکار اهل شهریار، بنا بر گزارش‌ها تنها به دلیل مطالبی که در تلفن همراهش درباره یک امام اسلامی پیدا شده، به اعدام محکوم شده است.

او در جریان اعتراضات شهریار بازداشت شد و از ۱۳ دی‌ماه تاکنون در زندان تهران بزرگ نگهداری می‌شود. گزارش‌ها می‌گویند که پس از بازداشت مورد ضرب‌وشتم قرار گرفته و در تمام مراحل رسیدگی قضایی نیز از دسترسی واقعی و مؤثر به وکیل محروم بوده است.

افتتاح جنجالی یک میخانه در فتحیه؛ دعای امام جماعت بازنشسته در مراسم افتتاحیه:

افتتاح یک میخانه (رستوران سنتی نوشیدنی) در منطقه فتحیه به دلیل حضور و دعاخوانی یک امام جماعت بازنشسته، باعث شگفتی و واکنش‌های گسترده‌ای در رسانه‌ها و فضای مجازی شده است.

جزییات واقعه:
دعای امام جماعت: در این مراسم، یک امام جماعت که مشخص شده به تازگی بازنشسته شده است، به دعوت مالکین میخانه پشت تریبون رفت و برای رونق این کسب‌وکار دعا کرد که این اقدام تعجب حاضرین و افکار عمومی را برانگیخت.

آرزوی برکت از سوی مقامات محلی: اویسال، معاون شهردار فتحیه نیز که در این افتتاحیه حضور داشت، طی سخنانی برای صاحب این میخانه آرزوی کسب‌وکار پررونق، پربرکت و درآمد فراوان کرد.

واکنش‌ها:
ترکیب یک مراسم مذهبی (دعاخوانی توسط امام) با افتتاح مکانی که در فرهنگ اسلامی برای صرف نوشیدنی‌های الکلی شناخته می‌شود، موجی از شگفتی، انتقاد و بحث را در میان شهروندان به همراه داشته است.

Something no one is pointing out is that most of Far-right groups in Europe and even the left always depicts refugees as “radical Muslims”.
These people or groups are not considering the fact that a large amount of refugees are escaping their homelands because they seek free life far from religions and a religious society.

Do these extremist people know that in an asylum center there are ex-Muslim refugees, people of LGBTQ+ community, Christians, atheists and secularists?
A lot of refugees are escaping the same Islamist extremism that the Far-right claims to oppose.

As an Ex-Muslim organization, it is our responsibility to point this out and support secular, atheist and LGBTQ refugees who are seeking a life far from a religious prison where they can safely express themselves.

So no, refugees are not one homogeneous mass of “Islamists.”
Many are victims of religious authoritarianism themselves.

✔️تعرض جنسی توسط امام جماعت مسجد بلال نیویورک

روزنامه نیویورک پست به نقل از پلیس و مقامات قضایی(NYPD) گزارش کرد، "تاجل سلام" پیش‌نماز ۵۵ ساله مسجدی در محله کوئینز نیویورک، به اتهام آزار جنسی چند دختر توسط واحد مبارزه با کودک‌آزاری این منطقه بازداشت شد. اتهامات وی شامل «آزار جنسی»، «لمس اجباری» و «رفتار غیرقانونی با کودک» است. این اتهامات مربوط به چندین مورد آزار و اذیت است که در طول یک هفته در ماه گذشته میلادی رخ داده است.

بر اساس شکوائیه‌ای که منتشر شده، تاجل اسلام که در مرکز اسلامی «مسجد بلال» در محله جامائیکای کوئینز فعالیت می‌کرد، در مسجد به یک دختر ۱۰ ساله نزدیک شده و او را مورد تعرض قرار داده است. طبق اسناد دادگاه، این فرد که درون همان مسجد نیز سکونت دارد، روز دوشنبه مجددا اقدام مشابهی را علیه یک دختر ۱۰ ساله دیگر انجام داده است. پلیس موفق شد تنها چهار ساعت پس از وقوع آخرین حادثه، او را دستگیر کند.

به گزارش نیویورک پست، متهم روز سه‌شنبه در دادگاه حاضر شد و اتهامات وارده را رد کرد. با این حال، قاضی پرونده برای او قرار وثیقه ۲۵ هزار دلاری صادر کرد و دستورات حفاظتی موقتی را برای قربانیان در نظر گرفت تا متهم حق نزدیک شدن به آن‌ها را نداشته باشد.
پلیس نیویورک با انتشار این خبر، از سایر قربانیان احتمالی یا افرادی که اطلاعاتی درباره این حوادث دارند درخواست کرده است تا از طریق شماره‌های اختصاصی «خط جرایم جنسی» یا سامانه «توقف جنایت» با پلیس تماس بگیرند و اطلاعات خود را به اشتراک بگذارند.

🎴این فجایع را مبلغین همان اسلامی که ادعای انساندوستی ش گوش فلک را کر کرده است، رقم می‌زند. مراکز اسلامی از قبیل مساجد نه تنها برای کودکان خطرناک هستند بلکه در دنیای مدرن تفکرات خرافی، خشونت طلب و غیرانسانی جایی ندارد و باید هر چه بیشتر کودکان را از آنها دور نگه داشت.

Three Iranian teenagers and a woman are facing ex*****on in a case marked by serious doubts, there are reports of forced confessions, and pressure on their lawyers. Ehsan Hosseinpour (19) along with Matin Mohammadi and Erfan Amiri, who were 17, and Maryam Hedavand, reportedly a mother of two, are accused of Burning a mosque in Pakdasht. Lawyers claimed there is no solid evidence and the case relies on confessions under extreme torture.

This case is an example of an ambiguous ex*****on process within the Islamic Regime; where everyone is accused and receives death sentence with no evidence. Under the Islamic law ex*****on and torture of women, mothers and teenagers are nothing new. Based on Islamic blasphemy laws you could easily get accusation of “fighting against the government of Allah” for any criticism or form of protest and receive a death penalty.

Reports claim at least 44 protestors are at risk of ex*****on and hundreds more are facing the death penalty.

کلیسا در بحران برخورد با زوجهای همجنس و Lgbtq

بحران جدید در کلیسای کاتولیک بر سر «برکت دادن به روابط همجنس» نشان می‌دهد که مذهب، نمی‌تواند خودش را با واقعیت زندگی انسان‌ها تطبیق دهد. یک طرف و جناح کلیسا، هنوز بر قوانین قدیمی و سرکوبگرانه درباره رابطه و جنسیت پافشاری می‌کند، و طرف دیگر مجبور شده برای حفظ اعتبار ظاهری، عقب‌نشینی‌های نصفه‌نیمه انجام دهد. در نتیجه اما نه سنت حفظ شده، نه تغییر واقعی اتفاق افتاده، فقط یک نهاد سردرگم که بین گذشته و حال گیر کرده.

این ماجرا یک چیز را خیلی روشن می‌کند. مذهب وقتی با زندگی واقعی مردم روبه‌رو می‌شود، از هم می‌پاشد. نهادی که ادعای «حقیقت مطلق» دارد، حالا حتی نمی‌داند با یک موضوع ساده مثل رابطه انسانی چه کار کند. «برکت» که ظاهرا معنای مقدس دارد تبدیل شده به ابزار مدیریت بحران. این یعنی مذهب نه راه‌حلی دارد، نه اخلاقی است. فقط سیستمی است که سعی می‌کند خودش را زنده نگه دارد، حتی اگر با واقعیتها در تضاد باشد.
