About Malmegårds:

Malmegårds is a Swedish real estate company managing several properties across central Stockholm, with a strong focus on sustainability and energy efficiency. The company is now undergoing an exciting transformation, integrating AI and digitalising its property management operations.

💼 Your responsibilities include:

Managing administrative tasks, registers, and financial documentation.Assisting with digitalisation, AI-driven processes, and automation.Supporting rental administration and contract management.Supporting property management and tenant communication.

🎓 Who are they looking for?

Economics students from semester 3 onwards who are organised, independent, service-minded, and interested in real estate and digitalisation. Experience in administration, Excel, or Microsoft 365 is considered a plus.
