For the second year in a row, the USA is bringing home both gold and silver in Division 2 at the North American Volt Hockey Championships!!! Not too shabby, eh? 🥇🏆🥈

Congratulations to Boston Whiplash 2 on bringing home their first-ever gold medal, and to the Space2Thrive Rolling Warriors for another strong showing with a podium finish and a hard-fought silver!

We couldn’t be prouder of every athlete who competed this weekend. The level of play keeps rising every year, and so does the sportsmanship, teamwork, and heart shown on and off the court. And of course, a massive shoutout to the loudest cheering sections known to mankind… the coaches, parents, family members, friends, and volunteers who keep this sport moving forward every single day.

Thank you to all of the organizers, athletes, referees, and top-notch pit crew who made another incredible tournament possible. We’re always blown away by the hospitality from our wonderful Canadian friends and how welcomed you make us feel every year. We love this growing international volt hockey community, and we’re hoping to get our northern neighbors down to the States sometime soon! 🇺🇸❤️🇨🇦

Toronto, we’re coming for you! ⚡🏒

This weekend, athletes from the Boston Whiplash and Space2Thrive Rolling Warriors are heading to Variety Village for the 2026 North American Volt Hockey Championships, where teams from across the U.S. and Canada will face off in two days of fast, competitive, full-throttle volt hockey.

There’s a lot to watch for this year: the Rolling Warriors return as the reigning Division 2 champions, while the Boston Whiplash are back after taking silver in Division 2 last year. With both teams ready to hit the court, we’re expecting plenty of speed, strategy, and some good old Canadian/US rivalry!

Whether you’re in the stands or cheering from home, we want you with us! Games will be streamed on the “360 Volt Hockey” YouTube channel, so tune in, cheer loud, and help us show some love for our U.S. teams as they take on Toronto!

Let’s go Warriors! Let’s go Whiplash! Bring it on Canada! 🇺🇸⚡🇨🇦

The volt hockey tour continues! ⚡🏒

Last week, USVHA board members Marley and Caeden, along with Boston Whiplash coach Mike, had the opportunity to visit Dyne Therapeutics HQ for a Q&A session and volt hockey demonstration.

A huge thank you to Dyne for creating a space where our athletes and coaches could share their experiences, talk about the impact volt hockey has had on our community, and introduce more people to the sport. We’re also incredibly grateful for their support as a sponsor of our upcoming training clinic this August! 💙

We’re so thrilled and grateful to have ITF Therapeutics back as the Official Sponsor of our upcoming summer training clinic for the second year in a row! ⚡🏒 Thanks to ITF’s support, athletes with disabilities from across the US will have the opportunity to come together this August to build skills, connect with community, and experience the excitement of playing volt hockey on an equal playing field.

T-minus 2 weeks until registration opens!!!

There’s more to adaptive sports than having fun. Take it from Caeden Parisi, who plays volt hockey for the Boston Whiplash Volt Hockey Team and serves on the board of the United States Volt Hockey Association. “Being around teammates who share similar experiences creates a strong sense of connection, and it gives us a chance to spend time together and support each other.”

Learn how to play Volt Hockey at a 4-day summer training clinic in August! The Boston area camp is open to athletes of all levels ages 7+ who have disabilities or chronic conditions affecting mobility. Registration opens June 1 and limited need-based scholarships are available.

We’re stoked to be the Official Sponsor of the summer training clinic again this year. Click to learn more: https://www.volthockeyusa.org/clinic
