Cats' Corner Cats' Corner is a non-profit organization for all things swing dancing in Malmö! Vad är skillnaden mellan Cats' Corner och HepTown?

Cats' Corner is a completely non-profit organization, perhaps most well-known for Wednesday Night Hop in Malmö at Moriska Paviljongen, as well as our annual swing dance festival Malmö Spring Jump. Cats' Corner är en helt ideell förening som anordnar socialdans på Onsdagar 19.30-22:30 i Malmö. Utöver detta anordnar vi bland annat workshops, danskurser och sommardans på stranden. Cats' Corner är en ideell och obunden förening och HepTown är en ekonomisk förening. Båda håller danskurser, danskvällar och workshops. HepTown har även en shop och ett skivbolag. Vi samarbetar ibland och vi rekommenderar medlemskap i båda föreningarna för den bästa swingdansupplevelsen i Skåne!

Ever wanted to turn your swing bounce into sound?
If you dance Lindy Hop, you already understand swing, syncopation, and call-and-response. In this 3-week beginner intensive (2 × 2h + 1 × 1.5h), we’re opening the door to the rich, expressive world of Rhythm Tap.

Teacher:
Lucian Szantho: A dedicated and experienced tap dancer, who’s been a part of our Swing Dancing Community for many years!

SWING BY AND SWING OUT tonight at Wednesday Night Hop! But remember that starting today, the entrance will be through the GARDEN BAR, and yes - of course, the bar is open for us as well. You're welcome to bring food and drinks inside!
