DAY 5 - Vatican

Mass at the Tombs of the Popes. Father Ron celebrated the mass together with Father Leo Sanchez, CP and Father Gregorio, CP General Consultor.

Also had vatican tour and ate at Jollibee👍

Thank you Lord for the success of our Pilgrimage. We pray for the safe travel going back to Sweden. Amen🙏

DAY 4 - Manoppello, Italy

Manoppello is famous for having a church which contains a cloth with the image known as the Holy Face of Jesus. It covered the face of Jesus after his death while the Shroud of Turin covered His entire body.

At the altar of the church, this cloth is displayed and prayed upon.

”O adorable Face which is hidden in the Eucharist, have mercy on us,. O adorable Face which will make sinners tremble, have mercy on us.”

DAY 4 - The Miracle of Lanciano

A Basilian monk who struggled with doubts about the real presence of Jesus in the Eucharist was celebrating Mass. At the exact moment of consecration, the bread (host) visibly turned into human flesh, and the wine turned into human blood. The blood coagulated into five distinct globules of varying sizes, and the flesh has been preserved to this day.

Father Ron celebrated the mass where the miracle happened.

Also, visited the altar of the church where the Eucharistic miracle is displayed and prayed upon.

”Lord Jesus, we believe in you and may we never doubt you again. Grant us the grace to be faithful to you. Amen🙏

DAY 3 - Sactuary of Saint Michael the Archangel

According to tradition, St. Michael appeared multiple times in the 5th century (around 490–493 AD). He reportedly declared that the cave was under his special protection and was already consecrated by his own presence, making a human church consecration unnecessary.

DAY 3 - Crypt of Saint Padre Pio to see the incorruptible body. The right side of his face remained intact, this is the side he used to hear confessions, while the left side is already decayed.

DAY 3 - Padre Pio - Mass at the Old church

We were blessed with a mass at the old church where Saint Padre Pio celebrated mass up to his last day. Father Ron prepared at the same Sacristy as Padre Pio, saw an old confessional box and wore the same vestment.

Praise God for this blessed opportunity. Saint Padre Pio, pray for us!
