We in the electoral committee would like to inform you, as a member of LinTek, can run for the Constituent Assembly (FuM) in LinTek.
The collective assembly (FuM) consists of 27 members who sit for a one-year mandate and are elected by LinTek's members. There is no prior knowledge requirement, but you learn what you need during the year. As long as you have opinions you want to raise and read the meeting documents, you will go a long way.
But what do you get out of sitting in FuM, you might wonder, well you get:
• Be active in the club: Invitation to a club active session once per semester and welcome to Eventus' other events (Previously this has included: Yoump, bowling, Christmas party etc.) Often it is also almost free to participate in both the session and the event.
• Participate in the FuM weekend (intro to FuM and Kick-off)
• A hoodie
• A meal for every meeting you attend
• A deeper insight into how LinTek is governed and operates
• The chance to be involved in deciding on LinTek's operations by, for example, deciding on budgets, the reception policy and electing the upcoming Corps Board and Presidium (Court President and Vice President)
• Represent and present their own and their fellow students' opinions.
• Something unique to put on your CV
As a member you are expected to:
• Attend the meetings (approximately one a month during the semester (approx. 3h))
• Contribute your perspectives and opinions in discussions and decisions

The period when you can apply and nominate is between April 2th to April the 16th.
The actual election to the union representative takes place between April the 21th to April 24th.
