🌍 Support shouldn’t end after a workshop — that’s where real progress usually begins.
In the Youth Innovation Journey, mentoring is built as a dedicated mentorship network that connects young entrepreneurs with experienced business mentors, startup founders, and investors — so participants get ongoing guidance and support beyond the training sessions.

The project also includes a clear pathway of Selection & Virtual Mentoring, where selected participants receive structured online mentorship paired with self-paced learning support to build solid startup fundamentals before moving forward.
And mentoring doesn’t stop there: during the Virtual Mentoring & Business Development phase, participants receive continuous mentorship from a pool of experienced mentors — supporting business growth strategies and investment readiness.

đź“š Profession Embedded in Our Genes project will develop at least six new educational modules, building on the knowledge and experience of multigenerational family businesses.
These modules will aim to translate practical entrepreneurial experience into structured learning content that can be integrated into vocational education.
🧩 The focus will be on creating materials that are usable in everyday teaching practice, while remaining adaptable to different institutional and regional contexts.
Rather than remaining informal or experience-based only, family business knowledge will be organised into clearly defined educational resources.
Through this development, the project intends to provide VET institutions with practical tools that strengthen the connection between training and real economic environments.

The Step Up project is all about connection, learning, and community building. 🧩 Within Profession Embedded in Our Genes, we are developing a shared methodology that strengthens cooperation between multigenerational (family) businesses and VET institutions — and makes this collaboration usable in everyday training practice.
🤝 The methodology is co-created by the partnership and built on exploring current practices, then enriched by entrepreneurial experiences and materials collected during the pilot period — which also feed directly into the educational modules developed in the project.
The next step is practical: the methodology will be introduced and effectively applied in three VET institutions, so it is tested and used in real vocational education settings — not only described as a concept.
✨ This is how the project turns ideas into an approach that schools can actually implement.

From the very first moments, the project was full of connection, openness, and meaningful exchange. Through energisers, buddy walks, and interactive exercises, participants built strong bonds while exploring topics such as community building, social classes, youth participation, and the role of community organizers.

Creative methods like problem and solution trees, World Café discussions, simulations, and cultural activities turned complex topics into shared understanding. From reflections inspired by Freedom Writers to playful yet powerful moments where pasta divided us and culture united us, the project showed how learning can be deep, human, and joyful at the same time. Tired minds, full hearts, and a community that will last beyond the project. 💛✨

đź’š The Green Matters project brought together learning, reflection, and connection in a safe and inspiring space. Participants explored sustainability through creative activities, discussions, and practical exercises, linking environmental issues with social justice, emotions, and everyday choices.

In the morning, we kicked our day off with an energiser ⚡, then got straight to work. The theme of today was “Entreprenurial Competencies”, so we got an insight into how an entrepreneur should act and think, what skills they need, and discovered that we excel in many areas while also identifying where we need improvement.

In the afternoon, we worked on creative assignments focused on “Time Management” ⏰. Working in groups, we explored the hidden challenges of staying on schedule and discussed practical ways to face and overcome them together.
