Today continued our journey of learning, discussion, and getting to know each other better.

We started the day by diving into the world of formal, non-formal and informal education. After becoming experts in education, we decided to try our luck at becoming millionaires💰 and discovered more about Youthpass and the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) along the way.

In the afternoon, we took the learning outside for some Moving Debates. Tudor came prepared with questions designed to make us think, move, choose sides, defend our opinions…and occasionally question our life choices. The debates brought out different perspectives, and strong arguments.

We finished the day by sharing local environmental realities from our countries and communities. From different challenges to similar problems, it was a great reminder that although we come from different places, we have quite a lot in common.

A day of getting to know each other, building connections, and teamwork!

Today, our participants shared their hobbies, interests, experiences, and cultures while exploring the environmental challenges faced by their local communities. We also created our house rules together, setting the values for a safe, respectful, and inclusive project environment.

In the afternoon, we explored Mórahalom through fun team-building challenges that tested our communication, creativity, cooperation, and problem-solving skills!

A great start to building our team and creating new connections!

We are bringing the aftermovie of the Youth Ambassador Training in Szeged, organised within the Youth Innovation Journey project, where participants from Denmark, Hungary, the Netherlands, Romania, and Spain came together to explore entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainability, and startup development.

Through workshops, study visits, and networking activities, they exchanged ideas, learned from experienced professionals, and built new connections across Europe.
Projects like Youth Innovation Journey help young people discover new opportunities, gain practical knowledge, and turn ideas into action.

A special thank you to our partners XO Association, DevelopMe, EU-Startups, Stichting Euromove, and Global Startup Awards for their support, cooperation, and for being part of this journey with us.

On the next day the BIO-VET Biodynamic Agricultural Forum moved beyond discussions and into the communities where sustainable agriculture is part of everyday life. 🌍🌱

The delegates continued their journey across Covasna County, discovering how local authorities, farmers and innovators are working together to build resilient agricultural systems. From meetings with municipal representatives in Târgu Secuiesc to visits to local dairy and sheep farms, participants explored how collaboration, entrepreneurship and practical knowledge can strengthen rural development and create new opportunities for future generations.

One of the highlights of the day was learning about the municipality's biomass-based heating system, an inspiring example of how renewable energy and local resources can contribute to more sustainable communities. The discussions demonstrated that innovation is not only found in laboratories or large companies, it also emerges through practical local solutions that improve everyday life. 🌿💡

The day concluded with a memorable bear-watching experience, offering participants the chance to experience the rich natural heritage of the region and reflecting an important message of the BIO-VET project: agriculture, biodiversity and local communities are deeply connected. 🐻🌲

Every visit, every conversation and every shared experience reinforced the same idea: meaningful innovation begins when people come together with a common vision for a more sustainable future. 🤝

The participants a day earlier were traveled thousands of kilometres but yesterday, they were sitting around the same table in Sfântu Gheorghe, Romania 🇷🇴 with one shared purpose: exploring how innovation can help shape the future of agricultur and its vocational education. 🌍🤝

Following a long journey from Sierra Leone 🇸🇱, Nigeria 🇳🇬 and Ghana 🇬🇭, the delegates officially opened the BIO-VET Biodynamic Agricultural Forum, beginning several days of dialogue, learning and collaboration. The morning brought together country presentations and expert contributions, creating an open space to exchange experiences, discuss common challenges and discover opportunities for stronger cooperation.

In the afternoon, the conversations moved beyond the conference room. Participants visited TIMATE SRL and the Sepsi Charolais Farm, where they explored modern farming techniques, sustainable production methods and practical innovations already making a difference in the agricultural sector. 🚜🐄

What became clear throughout the day was that innovation is not only about technology, it is also about people, partnerships and the willingness to learn from one another. And that is exactly what the BIO-VET Forum is all about. 🌱💡

🌍 Support shouldn’t end after a workshop — that’s where real progress usually begins.
In the Youth Innovation Journey, mentoring is built as a dedicated mentorship network that connects young entrepreneurs with experienced business mentors, startup founders, and investors — so participants get ongoing guidance and support beyond the training sessions.

The project also includes a clear pathway of Selection & Virtual Mentoring, where selected participants receive structured online mentorship paired with self-paced learning support to build solid startup fundamentals before moving forward.
And mentoring doesn’t stop there: during the Virtual Mentoring & Business Development phase, participants receive continuous mentorship from a pool of experienced mentors — supporting business growth strategies and investment readiness.

📚 Profession Embedded in Our Genes project will develop at least six new educational modules, building on the knowledge and experience of multigenerational family businesses.
These modules will aim to translate practical entrepreneurial experience into structured learning content that can be integrated into vocational education.
🧩 The focus will be on creating materials that are usable in everyday teaching practice, while remaining adaptable to different institutional and regional contexts.
Rather than remaining informal or experience-based only, family business knowledge will be organised into clearly defined educational resources.
Through this development, the project intends to provide VET institutions with practical tools that strengthen the connection between training and real economic environments.

The Step Up project is all about connection, learning, and community building. Through interactive activities, energizers, and group discussions, participants explored social classes, youth participation, and the role of community organizers. Creative methods, cultural experiences, buddy time, and shared reflections strengthened understanding and trust within the group.

Inspiring moments and diverse perspectives shaped a strong sense of community—and we brought you the aftermovie! 🎬💛
