Thank you for joining us at the Bioinformatics Community PL MeetUp — a space where everyone passionate about computational medicine can connect, learn, and share their journey.
On November 22nd, almost 150 science enthusiasts gathered at the AGH Faculty of Computer Science for an inspiring day full of ideas and conversations.
We opened with a welcome session and words from our sponsors, followed by a dynamic Panel Discussion featuring astrobiology experts diving into the challenges and future directions of space exploration.
The agenda continued with talks on innovations in AI and pharma, behind-the-scenes insights into pharmaceutical analytics, biology in the era of foundation models, and multimodal data integration.
After a coffee break, we kept the momentum going with more thought-provoking presentations. Covering behind-the-scenes pharma analytics, biology in the era of foundation models, and multimodal data integration.
And of course — time to relax! Networking, delicious pizza, and a big group photo full of smiles and energy. Later, after sessions on single-cell coexpression analysis and a new bioinformatics tool, we wrapped up with closing remarks and continued conversations at the Kawiory Food Park.
