URGENT Meeting Call

Dear colleagues
A meeting of PMA Attock and private hospitals was arranged at Mutahir Memorial hospital at 5 pm , 4 th of August......

Most of the private hospitals and clinics sent their representatives in the meeting.......

Purpose of meeting was to address the ongoing problem of FBR's notices about POS .....

It was decided in the meeting that no health care provider in attock will comply with the FBR'S notice, till the PMA's advice ......

In this regard PMA attock's firm stance and strategy to deal with it was also conveyed and agreed upon ......

The strategy wass given by the president PMA attock......

I am thankful to all the participants. PMA is nothing without you. You are our strength. We shall never disappoint you. My submissions are:
1. We need to stand united on one point.
2. We are going to convey our concern and objection to the concerned authorities.
3. A delegation of PMA will meet DC Income Tax on Tuesday, 6th August, Inshallah.
4. We are taking all trade unions on board. The idea is that the whole of the business community should stand united.
5. Now, if whosoever gives a call for strike, we have to show a unanimous response. Such a step will be taken unanimously.
This Policy Whilely and solely accepted by all the Participants of the meeting.

Meeting of Executive body PMA Attock took place Under the leadership President PMA Attock Dr Sajjad Naqvi, and was hosted by Dr Muhamad Ali Bukhari.
During the meeting following memebers were present Dr Asad Shah, Dr Ibadat Malik, Dr Inam Rabbani , Dr Mian Ashfaq , Dr Arsalan Pervaiz , Dr Sibain Malik President YDA Attock, Dr Saad Malik and Dr N A Malik. Following points were agreed upon

1- Political Lobbying for PHC issue , and talks with local PHC Team Members

2- Condemnation of the mistreatment of doctors in Sahiwal and complete support of PMA Punjab on this issue.

3- Complete support to doctors working in Govt Hospital on renewal of the Adhoc. Highlighting the issue at highest level possible and full support to YDA Attock.

Pakistan Medical Association Attock - PMA Attock and Premium Diagnotic Centre Attock have a reached agreement and signed a Memorundum of Understanding (MOU) facilitated by Dr N A Malik. According to this agreement Premium Diagnotic Centre has offered some basic investigation for doctors of PMA for free and some with upto 50% off and the upto 45% off for their patients. Details are attached.

!! A Gift For People Of Attock !!

A long Journey that Began in 2005 , finally bears its fruits , Medicine Department of IYBD hospital Attock is now accredited for FCPS training, which is huge milestone for IYBD hospital and people of Attock. Now IYBD hospital will train new doctors this will benefit people of Attock as they will get under training doctors available 24/7, this will result in improvement of patient care and managment.
We this we will like to Dr Riaz Ahmed HOD Medicine for his untiring efforts and with emmence support of Dr Jawad Ellahi MS IYBD hospital Attock. We would also thank Dr Sultan Mehmood MS DHQ hospital Attock for initiating this project in 2005 along with Dr Riaz Ahmed and then Dr Khalid Mehmood and Dr Syed Irfan to make efforts in their tenures as MS.
Congratulations 👏🎉 to All the People of Attock for this marvelous acheivement, may this lead path for changing IYBD Attock to a complete Teaching Hospital setup, InShaAllAh!!

Maj Khurram eldest among his brother was noble and valiant soul , who lost his life for his motherhood and in the path of righteousness. No words can be enough to describe his valor but to summarize

We are proud of our son & brother and request our authorities to establish a Gymnazium in his name in his Childhood School FG Boys school and with memorandum in his name , so that every young child can get inspiration for the noble personal life Maj Khurram and his valor and bravery during his service as army men.

The agenda of meeting :

1: Membership fee collection procedure was finalized for the Members of PMA

2: Mandatory monthly meeting of PMA Executive body...on regular basis.

3: Candidate for next VP PMA Punjab election was nominated.

4- As Proposed by YDA Attock , and endorsed by PMA Attock , a joint campaign to be started for regularization of Doctors working on Adhoc or Retainee basis in all over province. For this purpose the Executive Members will approch all the the District and Provincial Bodies and also meet the Electoral Representative of the District to raise this point in the provincial parliament.

5: A meeting with Dr Jawad Ellahi to discuss the facilitation of doctors working in DHQ Attock as propesed by YDA Attock i.e provision of doctor's room for Doctors in ward to Relax , a library for study purpose, improve the quality of products at DHQ canteen

BJP Govt. lead by PM Modi is trying to impose Hinduvata policies and has been harming the Muslim community in India.

We demand our govt. To stop all trades with India , send Indian high commissioner back to their country and also encourage other Muslim nations to do the same as well.

5- A uniform policy for Collection Membership fee from all the members of Attock was also disscussed and will be implented soon

Minutes of the Meeting
24-01-2022

Meeting of Owners and Administrators of Private Hospitals was held under the Chairmanship of President PMA Attock Dr Sajjad Naqvi. In this meeting the officials from Environment office were also present.

1- The officials stressed upon proper waste management by segregation of waste in designated color bins and not to maintain the temperature of Yellow room between 3 to 8 C

2- Not to keep waste in Yellow room for over 24 hrs

3- It was also unanimously decided that all Private Hospitals will write a letter to CEO health to allow us to use the incinerator of IYB DHQ Attock.

4- the letter is to me written on urgent basis and delivered to CEO office and copy of that letter to handed over to dr Arsalan Pervaiz before 2pm tomorrow, so he can collectively send the copies to environment officer.

5- The environment office official assured that they will highlight this letter in the presentation on Environment control steps taken by Private hospitals in front of Senior Civil Judge who is leading the Comittee.
