On Sunday "16-07-2023" attendents of patient , including a male named BABAR and other female attendents entered labour room without permission and assaulted all the staff members including lady doctor on duty , lady nurses and lady guard.
اٹک اسفندیار بخاری ہسپتال میں لیبر روم میں مردوں کے داخلہ پر منع کرنے پر مریضہ کے ساتھ آٸے ہوٸے اٹینڈڈ بابر علی اور نامعلوم افراد نے لیڈڈاکٹر اور لیڈی لیبر روم گارڈ و سٹاف ساتھ مارپیٹ کی اور دھمکیاں، بدسلوکی مارپیٹ کے دوران سونے کی چین اوتار لی ناخن توڑ دیٸے لیڈی ڈاکٹر WMO اسفند یار بخاری نے تھانہ اٹک سٹی میں رپٹ درج کرواٸی ۔جس میں تھانہ سٹی اٹک کو واقعہ کی تحقیقات کے حوالے سے درخواست دی گٸی جس میں ہسپتال میں ہونے والی واقعہ بیان کیا گیا کہ 16 جولائی کو۔ 2023 دوپہر 1 بجے کے قریب خواتین گاٸنی وارڈ مریضوں کے کچھ اٹینڈنٹ نے گاٸنی وارڈ، لیبر روم ڈی ایچ کیو ہسپتال اٹک میں زبردستی مداخلت کی اور ڈیوٹی پر موجودتھے ڈاکٹر، سٹاف نرس، آیا اور خاتون گارڈ کو دھمکیاں دیں اس کے بعد مرد دیگر موجود خواتین کے صرف گاٸنی وارڈ میں داخل ہو گئے اور انہوں نے خاتون ڈاکٹر کو تھپڑ مارے اور سٹاف گارڈ پر تشدد کیا اور تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا۔ انہوں نے ڈاکٹر کی سونے کی چین اور اس کے ناخن بھی توڑ ڈالے، گورنمنٹ کی سہولت پر موجود ڈیوٹی ڈاکٹر اور سٹاف کے سرکاری کام میں شدید رکاوٹیں ڈالیں جس سے خوف و ہراس پھیل گیا، تمام ملازمین سے درخواست ہے کہ آپ ڈیوٹی پر موجود خواتین کو جسمانی طور پر بدسلوکی اور ہراساں کرنے والے سرکاری ادارے میں کام کرنے والے اہلکار میں مداخلت کرنے پر کارروائی کریں۔ایک درخواست ایم ایس اٹک نے اپنی انکوٸری رپورٹ تفتیشی آفسر کے حوالے کر دی اٹک ینگ ڈاکٹرز ایسوسی ایشن (YDA.Attock) ٹیم ڈاکٹرز اور سٹاف کی جانب سے واقعہ کی بھر پورمزمت کرتے ہوٸے کہا کے ہسپتال میں خواتین ڈاکٹر و سٹاف کے سات پیش ہونے والے واقعہ کی مزمت کرتے ہیں اور واقعہ میں ملوث ملزم بابر علی ولد محمد سلیم سکنہ شیراں والا شکردرہ ضلع تحصیل اٹک و نامعلوم مجرموں کے خلاف سخت سے سخت کارواٸی کی جاٸے کارِسرکار میں مداخلت لڑاٸی جھگڑا کرنے والوں قانونی چارہ جوٸی کی جاٸے ملزمان کو قانون کے کٹہرے لایا جاٸے تاخیر کی صورت میں ینگ ڈاکٹر اور سٹاف ضلع بھر میں ہڑتال کرینگے

--VIOLENCE AGAINST DOCTORS --

It was been brought to YdA Attock notice that on 16-07-2023 and around 1 pm there was incident where the attendent of patient forced an entry in to the Labour where the assulated the doctor and nursing staff such an incendent is highly discourging and truamtizsing for the doctors and staff of on duty.
We demand a strict action to be taken agaisnt all the culprits by registering an FIR agaisnt them by MS IYBD.
WE ALSO DEMAND THE PROVISION OF ARRANGEMENTS OF SECURITY STAFF for the doctors on duty especially in places like Gyne Ward/labour Rooms , Emergency Rooms , Operation theatres etc.
All the stake holders CEO DHA Attock , Deputy Comissioner Attock, Security health Primary healthcare , and minister of Primary health , CM Punjab all to ENSURE PROVISION OF SECURITY TO DOCTORS AND ALL THE STAFF WORKING IN HOSPITALS AS IT IS OUR BASIC NEED.

----FCPS ACCREDTION -----
COLLEGE OF PHYSCIAN AND SURGEONS PAKISTAN delegatION visited IYBD hospital on Tuesday 11th of July 2023 for inspection regarding accreditation for FCPS training in medicine. The CPSP delegation was led by Dr Shoaib Shafi President CPSP.
Dr Shoaib Shafi should his satisfaction on the facilities available at IYBD Attock and praised the efforts put together by the staff of IYBD Attock.

Also present were president PMA Dr Sajjad Naqvi , our ex worthy medical superintendents Dr Sultan Mehmood ,Dr Khalid Mehmood and Dr Syed fayyaz Bukhari, we are grateful for their presence during this important visit

In the end we thank Dr Riaz Ahmed Senior Consultant HOD Medicine Department IYBD Attock , his department of Medicine including all consultants , medical officers, nursing and paramedical staff for their untiring efforts.

Special Mention of Dr Jawad Ellahi MS IYBD Attock under who's umbrella and patronage Medicine department of IYBD hospital was able to acheive this milestone.

As Per Recent Meeting with AC Hasanabdal and representative of YDA Attock , AC has shown conplete support towards doctor's Community and has ensured that no unjust action will be taken against any doctor . With that she has retract her comments about doctors.
YDA Attock was taken onboard and the video made viral journalist was found to be tampered with. YDA ATTOCK condems any such malicious activities against any male or female of our nation.
Futhermore YDA Attock only supports the cause of the doctors community and will keep doing so in future

Highly objectionable the wording Used by Sanam Ramchhand Gulwani ( Assitant Commissioner Hasanabdal)against the doctor community. She being an officer bearing an authoritative position and misusing her position to ask medical Superintendent to send medical staff at her residence and then to cover her wrongdoing she is accusing and abusing the Doctors of THQ Hasanabdal. We condem this behavior, and request DC Attock , Commissioner Rawalpindi to look into this mater.
If any unjust action is taken against any of the doctor of THQ Hasanabdal, we will not take it lightly and will stand firm against and we are already in contact with YDA Centre & YDA Punjab for Punjab wide call , if or when needed

YDA Attock and Social Welfare IYB District Hospital, Attock held a joint aftari for all the staff, local people and doctors fraternity on 17th April 2023 , Monday at IYB District Hospital, Attock.
The event was graced by Respected DHO Dr Kashif , MS District Hospital Dr Jawad , esteemed member of YDA and PMA Attock in the presence of media representative of Attock.
Overall we will like to thank members of social welfare , hospital staff and member of YDA Attock for conducting the event very efficiently and all the respected guests for their presence.
