Three days. Countless lessons. New friendships. Meaningful experiences.
The 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗕 𝗚𝗧𝗦 (𝙂𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙏𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙤, 𝙖𝙩 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙗𝙞𝙨𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙖𝙮 𝙋𝙪𝙨𝙤) 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀' 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗛 '𝟮𝟲 brought together young leaders from different divisions of DepEd Region V, creating a space where ideas were shared, talents were celebrated, and experiences became lessons that we can carry beyond the four-day gathering.
For us from the 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀, this journey was more than simply being part of a regional event. It was an opportunity to step beyond what we already knew, meet people from different places, and see leadership from perspectives beyond our own.
From every session and activity to every conversation and shared laugh, we were reminded that leadership is not only about having a position. It is about listening, understanding, serving, building connections, and having the courage to grow.
We learned alongside fellow student leaders, exchanged stories, discovered new perspectives, and formed friendships that made the experience even more memorable. And through the different activities and socials, we witnessed how diverse talents and personalities can come together and create one community.
Coming from an island province, the journey from 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀 to this regional gathering made the experience even more meaningful. We arrived carrying the name of our division, and we leave carrying not only the memories we made, but also the lessons, friendships, and inspiration we gained along the way. 🌊💙
