MISSION HOUSE SEASON 2: DAY 0 OF 5 🏠🔥

The wait is over as our housemates from Season 1 return to step into a whole new level for Season 2! Day 0 kicked off at the church for our official orientation, setting our focus before heading out to the venue. But the real test waited for them right at the doorstep of the mission house. Before they could even step inside, they were met with a challenging obstacle course. They had to navigate the entire trail while carrying all of their luggage, knowing that anything left behind on the course could not be brought inside. It was a powerful lesson in stewardship—proving that no matter what obstacles they go through, they must take care of what they are carrying. This beautifully signifies their ministries, specifically their campuses, which they are called to protect and carry faithfully.

Fast forward to the evening, the atmosphere shifted into a deeply moving Appreciation Night. Our JCFPI Senior Pastor shared a powerful message about the eternal rewards of serving God, honoring the sacrifices of these campus missionaries by placing a crown on their heads. It was a beautiful illustration of the reward awaiting those who faithfully serve Him, but the most holy moment came at the very end. In sweet surrender, the housemates took those crowns and cast them straight to the feet of Jesus, declaring that He alone deserves the honor. We ended the night with a joyful feast, celebrating the dedication of these young leaders. Season 2 has officially begun, and to God be all the glory! 🙌👑

MISSION HOUSE SEASON 2: DAY 1 OF 5

Day 1 started early and went straight to the trenches! We kicked off with a grounding morning devotion, which immediately led into a unique "food hunting" challenge. The housemates had to hunt for their own food around the venue—a raw reminder that in the mission field, even your basic needs can require hard labor. It perfectly mirrored the life of Apostle Paul, who labored by night so he could freely preach the Gospel by day.

Following this, the housemates faced the "Confession Room" interviews. They were intensely challenged on the assurance of their salvation, anchoring their faith even deeper through the uplifting theological truths shared by Kuya. Lunchtime brought a beautiful picture of the early church as each team ate together from a single plate, showcasing their unity, brotherhood, and willingness to share every resource.

The afternoon shifted to deep, heart-to-heart processing. Brother Philip delivered a piercing message on the Cost of Obedience for a campus missionary. This opened up a safe space for conversational talks, where these returning leaders vulnerably shared the personal costs they’ve laid down to respond to this high calling.

We wrapped up the day with a powerful Recommitment Night. Sister Kaye brought a timely word on being Holy and Sent, highlighting the absolute necessity of being set apart for the campus mission. As these growing missionaries from the past academic year stood to commit their campuses to the Lord once again, the room filled with holy fire. Day 1 left our campus missionaries completely renewed, refocused, and burning with fresh passion for the schools! 🔥
