I, 𝗥𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 (name), 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲-048. As we celebrate the 90𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 2026. 🫡

⚜️ This year, we carry with us the hope that keeps us moving, the impact that leaves a mark, and the distinction that keeps Scouting Movement apart.

⚜️ Onto the 90𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of being a scout, Scouting has been a trail shaped by generations of Scouts who chose to Lead, Serve, and Live with Purpose.

Happy birthday po, Sir Tagalog! You are one of the reasons why Rover Scout Circle 048 became a reality in our school. Thank you po for all the time, effort, sacrifices, and dedication you gave just to establish our circle and bring scouting into our school.

Despite the many challenges and issues you faced before, you never showed us what it meant to give up. Instead, you chose to keep fighting, rise above the challenges, and show us what true service really means. You became an example of perseverance, commitment, and leadership that we, your fellow Rover Scouts, can look up to.

Thank you po for all the valuable lessons you taught us—not only to always be prepared when problems arise, but also to resolve conflicts among fellow scouts, face challenges together, and find solutions instead of letting problems divide us. You taught us that being a Rover Scout is not just about wearing the uniform, participating in activities, or holding a position; it is about having the heart to serve, the courage to stand firm, and the willingness to help others even when things get difficult.

Your efforts and sacrifices will always be part of the story of Rover Scout Circle 048. We may face our own challenges as we continue the journey, but the lessons you left behind will continue to guide us as we strive to become better leaders and servants of our school and community.

⚜️If everyone has a source of Happiness in the Circle-048, it’s you. You’re the kind person we all lean on. You help without being told, you care without making it obvious, and you make even the smallest tasks feel lighter just because you’re there.

⚜️And your happiness — it’s contagious. You’re literally always happy. Even on tiring hikes, long duties, or stressful preparations, you’re the one laughing, cheering everyone up, making everything feel okay. You have this energy that makes people feel safe and welcome. When you’re around, everything feels lighter. That’s a gift, and you don’t even realize you have it.

⚜️And don’t be fooled by that bright smile — you’re super competitive. You give your all in everything. You want to win, you want to do your best, and you work hard for it. ⚜️If anyone knows you, they know you’re the kindest person in our Circle-048. You’re the one who always helps without being asked, who stays after to make sure everything’s done, who makes everyone feel included. Your kindness isn’t for show, it’s just who you are.

⚜️And then there’s that mysterious side of you. You’re quiet, but in a good way. You don’t talk too much about yourself, you just observe, you listen, and when you do speak, everyone listens. There’s something about you that makes people want to know you more. You’re not loud, but you’re unforgettable.

⚜️And of course — you’re so competitive. In a good inspiring way. You never do things half-heartedly. When there’s a task, a game, a project, you give your all. You push yourself and without even trying, you push all of us to be better too.

‎⚜️ Nawa'y magpatuloy ka sa pamumuno nang may tapang, paglilingkod nang may bukas na puso, at pagbibigay-inspirasyon sa mas marami pang tao. Maraming salamat sa lahat ng ginawa mo para sa aming grupo. Ipinagmamalaki at pinasasalamatan ka namin na naging Rover Leader namin.
