Today, we celebrate the World Scout Scarf Day as a symbol of honor, service, friendship, and commitment to making the world a better place. Every fold of the scarf reminds us of the Scout Promise and Law, inspiring us to lead with courage, kindness, and integrity.

Every Scout neckerchief carries a story—not just of camps and adventures, but of friendships built, lessons learned, challenges overcome, and service offered with a willing heart. It is a symbol of commitment, honor, and the Scout spirit that guides us wherever we go.

As Scouts, may we continue to serve our communities, protect our environment, and inspire others through our actions. Let us wear our scarf with pride—not just today, but every day through the values we live by.

Muli nating ibinubuksan ang ating panibagong araw ng pagsisimula sa ating makabuluhang linggo. Sa bawat pagtaas ng watawat ay muli nating ipinapakita ang katapatan sa Diyos, sa bayan, at sa kapwa. Bilang isang Rover Scout, ating isinasabuhay na ang ating tunay na lakas ay hindi lamang nasusukat sa ating kakayahan, kundi sa ating disiplina, integridad, at kahandaang maglingkod sa anumang oras.

Nawa'y maging paalala ang bawat seremonya ng pagtaas ng watawat na ang tunay na lider ay nagsisimula sa paggalang, pananagutan, at pagmamahal sa bayan.
Patuloy tayong maging huwaran ng kabataan at maging ilaw na
magbibigay-inspirasyon sa iba.

Please be informed that, pursuant to the announcement of Mayor Gemma Lubigan, face-to-face classes in all public and private schools in Trece Martires City are suspended on July 10, 2026 (Friday) due to continuous heavy rainfall and adverse weather conditions.
We encourage everyone to prioritize their safety and remain alert by monitoring official announcements from the LGU and other government agencies.
