Theology of the Body❤️

Last month, our sponsored children explored the Theology of the Body, allowing reflecting on their identity, dignity, and worth as gifts from God.

They talked about God’s design in creating each person uniquely, including the purpose and beauty of being created male and female, and discussed the importance of respecting, caring for, and valuing themselves and others. Their personal reflections made the discussion even more meaningful.🫶

As one child shared, “Our bodies are not only about our physical appearance but are sacred gifts from God that show His love.”

This is a meaningful reminder that every person is wonderfully created, uniquely valued, and worthy of respect.⭐🫂

Himaya Workshop with Big Dreams and Bright Lights🎭

Last August, our Himaya Workshop continued to nurture our sponsored children’s theater skills, creativity, and confidence through regular practice and preparation.

Alongside their theater training, the children took on leadership roles and worked together on their stage pieces and props in preparation for the upcoming Gala Night on September 12, 2026.🫂

We’re excited to see their hard work, creativity, and growing confidence shine on stage! ✨

"Himaya" means glory, honor, or bliss in Cebuano and Hiligaynon.
