Colegio de la Ciudad de Tayabas ROTC-Unit conducted Joint ROTC & CTWS Graduation Day, 09 May 2026 at Silungang Bayan.
The program began with the dignified Arrival of Honors, where distinguished guests, esteemed officials, and awardees made their entrance, bringing with them the legacy of excellence, leadership, and service that we all strive to uphold. Entrance of Colors a moment that filled the entire venue with deep respect and immense pride of singing the national anthem.
After that an uplifting and truly inspirational message from Dr. Florenitte C. De Guzman whose words resonated deeply with every single one of us present. Then came the defining moment the Official Declaration of Graduates. In clear, proud words, it was formally announced that every candidate has successfully met all requirements, completed all standards, and is now officially conferred the status of graduate.
Followed by Giving of Certificate.
Then continued by the Reciting of Oath Led by MSg Antonio M Borromeo Jr (RES) PA, promising loyalty, duty, service, and integrity to the best of our ability. Followed by the meaningful Acceptance of Reservist, officiated with COL NORLEO G ADDULAM OS (GSC) PA, He emphasized that being a reservist means being always ready, always capable, and always committed to stand by our community and our country in times of peace or need.
To wrap up the whole meaningful ceremony, we heard the heartfelt and inspiring message from our honorable mayor Hon. Anthony A. Lim, filled with warm congratulations, deep gratitude, and thoughtful guidance. It was the perfect closing message, reminding us that our achievement today is not the peak, but the strong foundation of even greater things we are meant to do and achieve.
The session was then dismissed with a result of the collaborative efforts of CCT Training staff, under the directives of LTC FREDERICK T VILLA PA (RES), Commandant, 1LT JOCELYN C REVILLA CE PA (RES), Assistant Commandant and Mr. Faustino P. Calabano NSTP/ROTC coordinator.
