On 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 , the 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 successfully presented their final project entitled “𝗛𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀.” The presentation highlighted unique dining destinations with the rich food culture and tourism potential of 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴, 𝗖𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲.🍽️✨

The students visited and featured several local restaurants such as Mrs. Saldo, Tuny’s Resto Farm, Perlas ng Silang, Farmhills Garden, and other hidden gems in the area. This truly shows how rich Silang is in terms of 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀. Guided and led by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮, the students demonstrated 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 in making the presentation informative and successful. 👏

𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞.✨

On 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, we attended the 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝟭𝟬𝟭 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 Seminar focused on heritage fundamentals and cultural mapping in Cavite. 🇵🇭

The session was facilitated by 𝗙𝗘𝗨 𝗖𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝗔𝗢, headed by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘄 𝗡𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗼, with 𝗕𝗠 𝗔𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗲 as the guest speaker. The discussion emphasized how documenting and mapping cultural assets play a vital role in safeguarding the province’s history and identity.

As tourism students, the experience provided us with practical insight into how heritage preservation directly connects to our future profession.

We also visited the 𝗗𝗶𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗢𝗳 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗦𝗲ñ𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 and the 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆, where we witnessed firsthand the cultural and historical treasures of Silang.
