They say leaders create more leaders, and the Rotaract Club of Santiago helped bring this to life. With the continued passion for community service and the support of Rotary International District 3770, the Rotaract Club of San Mateo Balatong officially took on the challenge of becoming part of the growing Rotaract family.

Held at Malasin Elementary School on July 12, 2025, the chartering became possible through the dedication, excellence, and willingness of the young leaders of San Mateo, Isabela, to grow and serve alongside the rest of the district.

By bridging the distance between cities and municipalities, we continue to build a stronger and bigger family united in service. For those who choose to serve together, distance is never a barrier.

Together, We Connect.

Kicking off an exciting and thriving 'Unite for Good' year became a testimonial of the Rotaract Club of Santiago's passion for kids and commitment to learning. Marking its fourth year of being implemented, Project Kabataan Para sa Kalusugan at Karunungan (K*K) happened on June 14, 2025, at Sinsayon Elementary School, Santiago City.

With the goal of sharing goodness, more than 40 school supplies and health kits were distributed. The activity was honored by the presence of Mr. Alfredo Dahan, the school head, and Mrs. Shela Villarta, their adviser. It did not only bring smiles to the faces of the children; it also paved the way to make them believe that someone truly cares about them.

Three Ks symbolize three significant things — children as the hope of tomorrow, Rotaractors as the catalysts today, and every individual as a symbol of servant leadership.

Together, We Learn.

Unity has the power to extend not only friendships but even lives. Through the Rotaract Club of Santiago’s Bloodletting Activity: Dugong Alay, Dugtong Buhay, we continue to show compassion while promoting health and well-being. More than a donation drive, it is a meaningful platform to spread love, care, and camaraderie — one wave of which was held in September 2025.

With the strong support and guidance of De Vera Medical Center, Inc., Santiago City, the APO - Isabela Alumni Association, and Gamma Epsilon, blood donors are empowered to inspire, encourage, and take part in something truly essential.

Living together creates positive change, but sharing lives makes it even more impactful. The courage to donate blood is the courage to uplift humanity.

Together, We Save Lives.

Uniting for good becomes even more meaningful when everyone has access to it. The Rotaract Club of Santiago, together with its mother club, the Rotary Club of Santiago, turned plans into service through Project Unite for Health: One Mission, One Heart, One Community Medical Mission in Baguio Village, Diffun, Quirino, held the day after the celebration of World Rotaract Day 2026.

With the support of doctors, nurses, partners, and collaborators from Rotary International District 3770, the project provided accessible health and eye check-ups. The club also shared its time and effort in assisting community members, putting well-being and servant leadership first.

Empowering people today helps shape a better tomorrow. Health care must always be a priority, and we have the power to help uplift it.

Together, We Empower.

Before the First General Assembly of the Rotaract Club of Santiago on July 5, 2025, nearly 100 water tumblers, face towels, and stickers were distributed to tricycle drivers in Santiago City, especially those assigned in Barangay Calao West.

Through Project Lingap: Pawi Uhaw, Pawi Pagod, this annual initiative was officially launched to not only provide useful items, but also to remind these hardworking drivers that they are seen, valued, and appreciated. Members and aspiring members came together with one goal — to brighten someone’s day with kindness, positivity, and encouragement.

Tricycle drivers play an important role in the community, helping people reach their destinations safely and comfortably. They deserve the same care and compassion they show to others every day.

Together, We Inspire.

To champion inclusivity is to let every individual be seen. The Rotaract Club of Santiago creates opportunities for children in conflict with the law at Balay Namnama, Youth Home for Boys, Santiago City, through livelihood programs like pastillas and flower bouquet-making. Their products are sold to the local community, and the income helps grant their wishes, such as food, exercise equipment, and new clothes.

Through the strong collaboration of the club and its partners, such as the Local Youth Development Office of Santiago City, Kabataang Santiagueño Volunteers, City Youth Development Council, Youth For Peace and Development Movement - Santiago City Chapter, and the Rotaract Club of Manila, we continue to foster peace by uniting for good.

True to Project Liwayway, we believe in a brighter tomorrow where progress and productivity choose no status. Let us be the rays of sunshine to everyone.

Together, We Promote Peace.

The goal of rising again weighs more than any food pack. For five years, Project Ahon of the Rotaract Club of Santiago has been a game-changer during calamities, such as typhoons, earthquakes, and fire, reaching families within and beyond the Isabela province. One wave was held in Barangay Rosario, Santiago City, on September 6, 2025.

More than providing hot meals, gift packs, and clothing to disaster victims, this initiative aims to inspire big change through small acts. In partnership with volunteer groups and fellow Rotaract clubs, including the Rotaract Club of Tuguegarao and the Rotaract Club of Guiguinto United Youth, it remains a symbol of hope, courage, and resilience.

Project Ahon means more than rising. It reflects the power of giving wholeheartedly and believing that unity is stronger than any catastrophe. Let us continue giving without asking something in return.

Together, We Fight Hunger.
