It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of Ms. Richelle N. Manarang, Project Development Officer II of SWAD Pampanga.

Ms. Richelle was a dedicated public servant whose kindness, compassion, and commitment to service touched the lives of many. Her unwavering dedication to helping others and her positive spirit will always be remembered by those who had the privilege of working alongside her.

Our heartfelt prayers and deepest sympathies go out to her family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time.

His dedication to public service, commitment to helping the vulnerable, and unwavering kindness touched the lives of many. He served with compassion, integrity, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the communities he faithfully served.

We extend our deepest sympathies and prayers to his family and loved ones during this difficult time.

DSWD SWEAP Chapter 3 conveys its deepest sympathies to the bereaved family and loved ones of our colleague, Jiny Jean J. De Guzman, who peacefully passed into eternal rest on December 28, 2025, at the age of 49.

She served with dedication as Project Development Officer II (Municipal Link) under the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, assigned in Cabiao, Nueva Ecija.

We offer our prayers for the eternal repose of her soul and ask for strength, comfort, and peace for her family and loved ones in this time of profound loss.

DSWD SWEAP Chapter 3 extends its deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of our former colleague, Ms. Lorna Nalo Lising, who peacefully joined our Creator on December 16, 2025, at the age of 58.

She served as a Project Development Officer II, under Protective Services Division - Center Based Section.

We offer our heartfelt prayers for the eternal repose of her soul and for the strength and comfort for her bereaved family during this difficult time.
