A month later, we're still reflecting on the conversations and connections from the Women Deliver Conference in Australia.

It was an honor to join advocates and changemakers in discussing how climate shocks affect adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH). As climate crises continue to disrupt communities, women and girls are often the first to lose access to essential SRHR services.

These conversations remind us why building climate-resilient, rights-based health systems is more urgent than ever and why we need to keep this conversation going. 🌏💚

In 2025, we continued building on the work that helped contribute to a 53% reduction in teen pregnancy in Palawan in the last 8 years.

We expanded our work, piloted programs in new areas, continued building on lessons and continued testing what it takes to create lasting change.

Explore the stories, lessons, and partnerships behind our work in the 2025 Annual Report. https://bit.ly/roh-ar-2025

Working with the Sangguniang Kabataan of Bataraza and Brooke’s Point, we continue to strengthen elected youth leaders as SRHR champions in Palawan -- equipped to use their voices, talents, and platforms for rights-based, inclusive health education.

Proud to partner with local governments in building empowered and informed young leaders. 🙌

We were honored to welcome the Nordic Ambassadors to the Philippines from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland during their recent visit to Palawan.

Our team shared the realities faced by many young people in our communities and the work we are doing to address their heightened vulnerability to teenage pregnancy and HIV.

Conversations like these remind us that advancing sexual and reproductive health requires collaboration across sectors and borders.

We are grateful to find global partners who share our vision of ensuring that every young Filipino has access to the reproductive health education and care they need.

This , let’s recognize that periods are a normal part of life and that shame and misinformation should not be. 💗

Young people deserve accurate information, supportive spaces, and access to menstrual health products so they can manage menstruation with confidence, dignity, and care.

Let’s normalize conversations about menstruation and women’s health and ensure every young person has the knowledge and support they deserve.

Real change begins with empowered young leaders in local government. ✨

Through training partnerships with elected youth council leaders in Palawan, Philippines, we strengthen their role as decision-makers on adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH). They are supported to design programs using their authority, influence, and youth development budgets that respond directly to community needs.

By investing in youth leadership today, we help build communities where young people are informed, empowered, and equipped to lead rights-based, locally driven solutions for their own health and futures.

Looks like a game show. Sounds like a game show. But this is Roots of Health’s reproductive health education session in Roxas, Palawan. 🎤

Our trained youth advocates and education team run highly interactive sessions with high school students, creating space to ask questions, bust myths, learn from each other, and have fun while at it.

And it shows. Students’ confident answers after the session make it clear: the information truly landed. ✨
