On September 5 and 6, our team visited Manila as guests of Barkada Furfest 2026, a furry festival. Their new mascot for 2026 is a binturong, and we are delight that they chose our organization as its charity recipient. We received a donation of more than 100,000 pesos from their charity auction. This enormous amount of your financial support will be a huge help in saving these little-known endangered species the Palawan bearcat. Our team also had the opportunity to raise awareness about the binturong to their community, and we hold a booth for two days.
On October 13, we joined a one day training of parliamentary procedure organized by local people's council which is helpful for setting rules and effective governance of the organization.
Our utmost gratitude goes to the event organizers for their support and for choosing to support our organization. As well as the training organized by the local people council, which is helpful for our organization's effective governance.
