On behalf of PEACE PALAWAN, we extend our warmest congratulations to our valued partner and member, Ugnayan ng Maralitang Sektor (UMS), for successfully spearheading the Mangrove Tree Planting Activity and Coastal Clean-Up Drive.

This meaningful initiative reflects our shared commitment to environmental protection, community empowerment, volunteerism, and responsible stewardship of Palawan’s natural resources. Every mangrove planted and every piece of waste removed from our coastline is a contribution toward a cleaner, greener, safer, and more resilient future.

PEACE PALAWAN is proud to stand alongside UMS in initiatives that bring people together for a common purpose. Protecting our environment is also an important part of protecting our communities and preserving Palawan for the generations that will come after us.

Statement of PEACE PALAWAN

Palawan is our home, and peace is our shared responsibility.

We believe that lasting peace is more than the absence of conflict. It is built through unity, understanding, justice, opportunities, responsible leadership, and communities working together for a better future.

We stand for Kapayapaan, Kaunlaran at Katahimikan—a Palawan where every family can live without fear, where young people can pursue their dreams, where communities can prosper, and where differences are addressed through dialogue rather than violence.

We reject terrorism, violence, intimidation, and disorder in all forms. At the same time, we believe that protecting peace requires more than opposition to violence—it requires education, livelihood, community development, environmental stewardship, and meaningful opportunities that give people hope.

As Palaweños, let us protect the peace we have worked hard to achieve. Let us choose cooperation over division, dialogue over violence, and development that leaves no community behind.
