Sa pakikipag-ugnayan sa Caritas Pasig - Social Services and Development Ministry ng Tanging Yaman Foundation (TYF), nag-pick up ng 100kg ng sayote at 100kg ng carrots noong Setyembre 19, 2026 (Sabado) ang Sto. Nino de Taguig Parish - North Signal Village, Taguig City.

104 pamilya mula 6 na barangay sa Taguig City (North Signal, Central Signal, South Signal, Katuparan, Hagonoy at Upper Bicutan) ang nabigyan ng gulay packs noong Setyembre 21, 2026 (Lunes).

Maraming salamat po sa ating donor - ang TYF. Gayundin, sa mga parish personnel at volunteers na tumulong sa distribusyon ng gulay packs.

Entitlement has no place in service; Christ carried a cross, not a crown.

In our Church communities, we sometimes see attitudes that reveal entitlement rather than humility. For example, when someone always wants to be first in line, to be noticed, or to have the spotlight, they forget that Christ Himself chose to be last and servant of all.

Or when a person becomes upset or bitter if they are removed from a position, it shows the role has become about power rather than service. True service means we can let go when asked, trusting that we serve Christ, not a title.

Sometimes, people get offended if they are not mentioned, thanked, or praised after helping. Yet Jesus reminds us, “When you have done all that you were commanded, say, ‘We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty’” (Luke 17:10). Service is not about recognition but about love.

In the end, ministry is not a stage but a sacrifice. Christ calls us to serve with humility, to carry the cross rather than seek a crown, and to find joy not in being first but in being faithful.

Bumisita ang Tahanan ng Pagmamahal sa opisina ng Caritas Pasig - Social Services and Development Ministry noong Agosto 20, 2026 (Huwebes) para maibigay sa kanila ang 16 na grocery bags bilang tulong sa kanilang institusyon. Sila ay isang bahay-ampunan (orphanage) na nagbibigay ng ligtas, mapayapa, at mapagkalingang tahanan (shelter) para sa mga batang inabandona, napabayaan, ulila, o ipinagkatiwala sa kanilang pangangalaga.

Twenty-three years ago, the Diocese of Pasig was formally established as a local Church, entrusted with the mission of bringing Christ to His people in Pasig, Pateros, and Taguig.

Today, we celebrate not only the years that have passed, but the people who have made those years a living testimony of faith.

We remember the generations who prayed, served, sacrificed, taught, evangelized, and built communities. We give thanks for every vocation, every ministry, every parish, every family, and every faithful heart that has become part of our diocesan journey.

At the heart of it all remains the prayer of Christ:
“Ut Unum Sint” — That All May Be One. (John 17:21)

May we remain one in Christ, steadfast in faith, generous in service, and courageous in proclaiming the Gospel.

With Mary, our Mother, and under the grace of God, may the Diocese of Pasig continue to journey forward—one Church, one family, one mission.
