At today’s PISM 2nd General Membership Meeting, esteemed guest speaker, Assistant Governor of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Mr. Dennis Bancod, delivers a compelling perspective on the future of AI in enterprise transformation.

Anchored on the principle “Think Big, Implement Small,” he underscores a critical strategic truth: meaningful innovation is not achieved through sweeping, high-risk bets, but through disciplined, incremental ex*****on. Drawing from insights by MIT Sloan School of Management, he emphasizes that small, well-measured transformations executed along a calculated risk curve build organizational capability without overexposing the enterprise to a single initiative.

This is where visionary thinking meets operational discipline, defining how forward-looking organizations turn AI into scalable, real-world impact.
