We're honored to be featured by and last May 2026. 🐾

What began as a small group of residents caring for community cats has grown into a thriving advocacy built on compassion, volunteerism, and community.

Through initiatives like Let Love Bloom and Pawsibilities, we've welcomed new volunteers, facilitated adoptions and foster placements, partnered with local businesses and organizations, and raised support for the continued care of our Prismeows.

This feature belongs to every volunteer, adopter, foster, donor, partner, resident, and supporter who has helped make this advocacy possible. Thank YOU for believing that kindness can create meaningful change—for both people and animals.

Here's to building more compassionate communities, one paw at a time. ❤️🐾

It is with heavy hearts that we share that Spot crossed the rainbow bridge last May 31, 2026. 🌈

Spottie holds a special place in Cats of Prisma's story.

Even before Cats of Prisma was started, Spot was the first Prismeow noticed by Marga. At the time, his condition did not look good, but with a lot of love from the handful of volunteers, he slowly recovered and revealed his gentle soul that many residents learned to love.

Spot was one of the reasons our community started coming together to help with Cats of Prisma started. His sweet nature inspired many of the earliest volunteers to get involved, including his original Meowmy

He was, unsurprisingly, our first official adoption as well.

It was like he knew he was going to his furever home because as soon as we guided him into the carrier, he went inside to begin the next chapter.

Spot found a family who loved him and he loved back wholeheartedly. They changed his life, just as he changed theirs.

Despite the endless love and care provided by his family, all of his veterinary team, and especially Doc who fought just as hard as Spottie's moms.. Spot eventually passed away due to complications related to Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease.

While this caption can never fully describe what Spot meant to his loved ones, his moms wanted to share a letter they made for him above.

This is just a glimpse into the beautiful life of a cat who was never "just a cat," but a son, a best friend, and one of the greatest loves of their lives.

Run free, Spottie. No more pain.
You are forever loved. 🤍🐈

We are grateful for this wonderful feature highlighting the work we do at Cats of Prisma.

Thank you to everyone who helped make both events possible. We are especially grateful to our supportive Prisma Residences PMO and staff, especially our AO, Sir Topher; our dedicated volunteers and neighbors; our supporters and partners; and DMCI Communities for featuring our advocacy.

Thank YOU for continuing to show that kindness and compassion can truly make a difference. 🐈

It is with heavy hearts that we share that Goose crossed the rainbow bridge last May 03, 2026. 🌈🐾

Goose was first found around November 2023, roaming between basements. This was around the time "Marvels" was showing, which is how he got his name.

Like many of our Prismeows, Goose started off a little shy and aloof. But over time, he warmed up into an affectionate boy who loved following people around and rolling on the floor for attention. With consistent care from our volunteers, he eventually glowed-up and gained weight. Many residents thought he was a lost pet rather than a community cat. He had a way of winning hearts, even from strangers who thought he needed extra feeding - when really, he was already being fed regularly.

Goose eventually chose his humans - volunteers who parked near his usual spot. He would wait for them, follow them to their car, and run to his furdad even as he heard his keys. In time, they gave in to his quiet persistence and welcomed him into their home.

There, Goose lived a full and happy life with his furrents and new sibling. Though he was frenemies with his sister, Haru, he was deeply loved. He found comfort sitting on his dad’s chest and peace in his mom’s gentle rubs. They later discovered he was older than they initially thought - around 6 years old & but every moment with him was filled with love.

Despite the devoted care and attention of his furrents, Goose eventually passed due to complications from FIV, CKD, and pancreatitis.

His family shares that even if the time with him felt too short, they would choose him again and again. Goose’s life is a reminder that every cat deserves a chance - that love, even for a short time, can transform both their lives and ours. His family also extends their gratitude to everyone who cared for Goose, both before and after he found his home.

Goose was deeply loved. Run free, sweet boy. No more pain. You will always be remembered. 🐾🌈

Behind every event, there are so many hands and hearts working in the background 🤝

From approvals to turning designs into real spaces, to setting everything up piece by piece—none of this would be possible without the people who say yes, who show up, and who care.

Thank you to the Prisma staff who helped us prepare for Pawsibilities. These events would not be possible without your support. We are so grateful. 🤍

REPOSTING. Bobet is still looking for a foster home but he needs one by TOMORROW. Please help us find Bobet a home.

If no experience with critical care, as long as you are willing to get support from the volunteers and vet here in Prisma, we will accept. All medical will be covered by a sponsor.

Please share to help Bobet. 🙏

🚨 EDIT: Urgent foster call for Bobet by April 29

Bobet is currently in critical condition and needs a quiet, stable space where he can be closely cared for.

He’s a gentle, calm, and sweet boy who just needs a safe place to rest and be cared for.

If you live in Prisma and have the space and experience (or willingness), we would be so grateful for your help.

📩 Message us or comment FOSTER and we’ll reach out right away. If you can’t foster, sharing this post can help Bobet reach the right person.
