📍 Community Livelihood Seminar | FREE Hand Soap Making 🧼
Last July 23, 2026, the National Housing Authority (NHA) Pasig/Marikina District Office, through its Community Service Unit, successfully conducted a FREE Hand Soap Making Livelihood Seminar for the residents of Olandes Homeowners Association Phase 1.
The seminar was led by Community Service Unit Officers Ma'am Marsha Custodio, Ms. Raquel Laurente, and Ms. Juline Marie Tabije, who shared their expertise and conducted a hands-on demonstration on proper hand soap making. The participants actively joined the activity and learned practical skills that they can use for their families and as a possible source of additional income.
Aside from the livelihood seminar, the NHA team also conducted an open forum, where residents were given the opportunity to raise questions and concerns regarding land ownership, land titles, housing-related concerns, and other NHA matters. The officers patiently listened and provided information and guidance to help address the concerns of the community.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the National Housing Authority (NHA) Pasig/Marikina District Office and the Community Service Unit for bringing this valuable program and for taking the time to engage with our residents.
