8 EVENTS. ONE JOURNEY. SO MANY MEMORIES.

Looking back, it’s incredible to see how far Alternova Mania has come.

What started as a group of cosplayers has grown into a community that continues to bring people together through cosplay, creativity, events, and shared experiences.

Throughout our journey, we have successfully held 8 events:

📅 August 23, 2025
📅 September 6, 2025
📅 October 11, 2025
📅 November 8, 2025
📅 December 13, 2025
📅 January 17, 2026
📅 April 25, 2026
📅 May 30, 2026

Every event has been a chapter in our story, bringing new faces into the community, creating unforgettable moments, and giving cosplayers a place to express themselves, meet others, and simply have fun.

We are especially proud of how Alternova has grown beyond just a group of cosplayers. Over time, we have had the opportunity to collaborate with multiple organizations, work on different projects, and create experiences that our community can remember.

Eight events may be a number, but behind every one of them are the people, friendships, photographs, laughter, costumes, challenges, and memories that made them possible.

And this is only part of our journey.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of Alternova Mania and helped us reach this milestone.

Here’s to everything we’ve accomplished and everything still to come.

ALTERNOVA MANIA
Creating memories, one event at a time.

COSPLAY IS NOT CONSENT.

A reminder from Alternova Community:

Cosplay is an expression of creativity and passion, but it never gives anyone permission to cross another person’s boundaries.

Always ask before taking photos, touching, hugging, or engaging in physical interaction.

Respect the person behind the cosplay. Respect their boundaries. Respect their answer.

Let’s continue building a cosplay community where everyone feels safe, respected, and welcome.

HOST AN EVENT WITH ALTERNOVA 🌸

Have an event coming up?

Whether you're planning a school activity, community gathering, mall event, convention, photoshoot, or something entirely your own, Alternova Cosplay Movement is open to working with you.

We believe great events are built through collaboration. If you're looking for cosplayers to bring your event to life, media coverage to capture the moment, or a community partner to help promote and support your event, we'd love to hear what you have in mind. 🌸

WHAT CAN WE BRING TO YOUR EVENT?

Cosplayers and cosplay appearances
Mascots and costumed characters
Photography and media coverage
Social media promotion
Event volunteers and support
Cosplay-related activities
Creative and promotional assistance
Event coordination and collaboration

Our collaborations aren't limited to events with large budgets. Even if your event has a ₱0 budget, you are welcome to submit an inquiry. We believe meaningful collaborations can take many forms, and arrangements can be discussed based on what both sides can provide.

LOCATION

Our cosplay participation is primarily focused on Olongapo City. Events outside Olongapo may still be considered, but may require a formal discussion and meeting with the Alternova team.

INTERESTED IN WORKING WITH US? 🌸

Submit your event through our Host an Event With Alternova inquiry form:

https://forms.gle/KkLdrR3AXwtSwc1a6

Once submitted, our team will review your proposal. If your event is selected for further discussion, we may contact you to arrange a formal meeting through Google Meet where we can discuss the event, requirements, safety, logistics, and collaboration plans.

Have an idea? Tell us about it.

📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: COSPLAY PARADE CANCELLED

Good day

We regret to announce that the Alternova Cosplay Parade originally scheduled for August 22, 2026, is officially CANCELLED. ❌☔

This decision was made due to the continued effects of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the expected persistence of rainy and potentially hazardous weather conditions. According to the latest updates from DOST-PAGASA, Habagat continues to bring rains over parts of Luzon, with heavy rainfall and flooding hazards being reported in several areas. (PAGASA)

After careful consideration, we believe that everyone’s safety must come first. Cosplay is about having fun, expressing ourselves, and creating memories together but no event is more important than your health and safety. ❤️

We sincerely apologize to everyone who was looking forward to the parade and may have already prepared their costumes and plans. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

🌧️ Please stay safe, stay updated with official weather advisories, and avoid unnecessary travel during hazardous weather.

Remember:

ALWAYS PRIORITIZE YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY BEFORE COSPLAY. ❤️

Thank you for your understanding, everyone. We hope to see you all again when the weather and conditions are safer! 🫶

Cosplay parade will resume next next month. After all events happening in Ayala.
